The project proposal aims at improving the conservation status of species and natural habitat types in Protected Area BG0000495 “Rila” for the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora, included in the list adopted by Decision No 122/2007 of the Council of Ministers (promulgated in SG No 21/2007) and Protection Area BG0000495 “Rila” for the conservation of wild birds, proclaimed by Order No RD-764/28.10.2008 of the Minister of Environment and Water; The draft proposal will be implemented on the territory of the following administrative districts: Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pazardzhik, Sofia.The project proposal includes:* Conservation, maintenance and restoration of natural habitat: 95A0 white and black mira forests in a section of the tourist trail — Skakavitsa hut — Lovna hut (from the lapata area to Skakavitsa hut), passing through the territory of the Skakavitsa Reserve, in accordance with Order No RD — 1116/26.10.2004 of the Minister for the Environment and Water; * Implementation of complex measures for early detection and prevention of damage from forest fires, in areas occupied by the target natural habitats 9110 — Luzulo-Fagetum beech forests; 9170 — Galio-Carpinetum duvet forests; 91BA — Mizian forests of common fir; 91CA — Rila-Rhodope and Old Mountain Whiteborough Forests; 95A0 — White and black mira forests; 6520 Mountain hay meadows in protected area BG0000495 Rila, on the territory of Rila National Park;* Activities to improve the conservation status of the species 1371 Rupicapra rupicapra balcanica in its natural habitats in protected area BG0000495 Rila, on the territory of the Rila National Park; Attached electronically signed documents/. Предмет на проектното предложение е подобряване на природозащитното състояние на видове и типове природни местообитания в Защитена зона BG0000495 „Рила” за опазване на природните местообитания и на дивата флора и фауна, включена в списъка, приет с Решение №122/2007г. на Министерския съвет (обн., ДВ, бр. 21/2007 г.) и Защитена зона BG0000495 „Рила” за опазване на дивите птици, обявена със Заповед №РД-764/28.10.2008г. на министъра на ОСВ;Проектното предложение ще се осъществява на територията на следните административни области: Благоевград, Кюстендил, Пазарджик, Софийска.Проектното предложение включва:* Опазване, поддържане и възстановяване на природно местообитание: 95А0 гори от бяла и черна мура в участък от туристическа пътека – хижа „Скакавица“ - хижа „Ловна“ /от местността Лапада до хижа „Скакавица“/, преминаваща през територията на резерват „Скакавица“, съгласно Заповед № РД - 1116/26.10.2004 г. на министъра на околната среда и водите; * Реализиране на комплексни мерки за ранно откриване и предотвратяване на щети от възникнали горски пожари, в територии заети от целевите природни местообитания 9110 - Букови гори от типа Luzulo-Fagetum; 9170 - Дъбово-габърови гори от типа Galio-Carpinetum; 91BA - Мизийски гори от обикновена ела; 91CA - Рило-родопски и старопланински бялборови гори; 95A0 - Гори от бяла и черна мура; 6520 Планински сенокосни ливади в защитена зона BG0000495 Рила, на територията на Национален парк „Рила”;* Дейности за подобряване на природозащитното състояние на вида 1371 Rupicapra rupicapra balcanica в природните й местообитания в защитена зона BG0000495 Рила, на територията на Национален парк „Рила“;/Продължение на текста, поради ограничението в символите се намира в Приложение № 15 към т. 12.
