Yes TRANS Ltd. is a company with solid experience in the development and implementation of a number of innovative products working in close cooperation with scientific organisations. The development subject of the project provides for the conduct of industrial research for the realisation of a system of measurement of partial pressures and concentration of gases-Pulse ionisation pressure gauge with a focus on energy, transport and chemical sector. By the envisaged activities a new innovative product will be developed, which falls within the scope of priority direction “machine building and gas concentration and appliance building, including parts, components and systems, with emphasis on transport and energy” of the subject area of UI will be developed a new innovative product, which falls within the scope of priority direction “machine building” in the field of different ionity measurement. The advantage of the developed mm compared to other analogues is the possibility of atomic weight measurement selectivity determining the concentration of a gas without data on its pressure. The innovative solution foresees to be a compact construction suitable for use as a hand-held appliance at a competitive price. As an expected result of the implementation of the project will increase the competitiveness of DA TRANS Ltd. as a company developing product innovations in the thematic areas of ISIS-direction “mechatronics and clean technologies” (English) | |||||||||||||||

ДА ТРАНС ООД е компания със солиден опит в разработката и реализацията на редица иновативни продукти работеща в тясно сътрудничество с научни организации.Разработката предмет на проекта предвижда провеждането на индустриални научни изследвания за реализация на Система за измерване на парциални налягания и концентрация на газове-Импулсен йoнизационен манометър с фокус върху енергетиката, транспортния и химичния сектор.Чрез предвидените дейности ще бъде разработен нов иновативен продукт,който попада в обхвата на приоритетно направление"машиностроене и уредостроене,вкл. части,компоненти и системи,с акцент върху транспорта и енергетиката" на тематичната област на ИСИС-мехатроника и чисти технологии и кореспондира с целите на Приоритетна ос 1„Технологично развитие и иновации“за синхронизиране на усилията в сферата на развитието на икономиката,научните изследвания и иновациите.Иновативната разработка се отнася до продукт за измерване на йонен ток при различни честоти в различни газови смеси;Измерванията извършени при определени честоти практически представляват парциални налягания на съставляващите газове в газова смес.Настоящото ниво на технологиите познава устройства за измерване на много ниски налягания–йонизационни манометри(ЙМ).ЙМ определя налягането индиректно чрез измерване на йонния ток,пренасян от положителни йони създадени чрез частична йонозация на газови молекули в резултат на сблъсъка им с електрони. Предимството на разработвания ЙМ в сравнение с други аналози е възможността за селективност на измерването по атомно тегло определящо концентрацията на газ без наличие на данни за неговото налягане. Иновативното решение предвижда да бъде с компактна конструкция, подходящ за използване като ръчно преносим уред на конкурентна цена.Като очакван резултат от изпълнението на проекта ще се повиши конкурентоспособността на ДА ТРАНС ООД като компания разработваща продуктови иновации в тематичните области на ИСИС-направление"мехатроника и чисти технологии" (Bulgarian)
