С Настоящето проектно предложение фирма ДА ТРАНС ООД има за цел да внедри нов метод процес за изработване на ергономична шина за обездвижване на крайник, попадаща в категория "производствена/процесна иновация", защитена с полезен модел № BG2160U1 с фокус върху сектор здравеопазване, травматология и ортопедия; Целта на проекта е да създаде автоматизирана система за изработване на обездвижваща ергономична шина, включваща заснемащо устройство, с което да се генерира триизмерен виртуален модел, съответстващ напълно на повърхнината на счупения крайник, без да се използва маркировка върху крайника на база на който лекуващият лекар - ортопед да осигури на пациента 3Д графичен отпечатан модел/ергономична шина с фрактален дизайн, имаща минимално тегло при оптимални механични параметри, като висока якост и устойчивост на огъване, усукване и разтягане; Иновативния метод е съвместна разработка на кандидата ДА ТРАНС ООД с Медицински Университет Варна, представлява новост на световния и европейския пазар, превъзхожда всички налични алтернативни решения към момента и попада в обхват на тематичните области на ИСИС: индустрия за здравословен живот и биотехнологии производство на инструменти, оборудване, консумативи за медицинска и дентална диагностика и терапия, както и в персонална медицина, диагностика и индивидуална терапия, лечебни и лекарствени форми и средства.
