The activities are in line with the recommendations of the report after an energy audit of an industrial system within a production site of “GBS Infrastructure Construction” AD. Supply and commissioning of technological equipment for the production of fractions of aggregates is planned. In order to increase energy efficiency, an automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption will be introduced in the production site and will implement and certify ISO 50001:2011 Energy management system. The project will put into operation a system for waste energy recovery. The expected results of the support are to improve the energy efficiency in the final energy consumption of “GBS Infrastructure Construction” AD, which in turn will lead to capacity expansion and achieve more sustainable growth, both at the level of the individual production plant and the economy as a whole. The objectives set and the expected results are consistent with the corporate policy that the enterprise follows in its overall business as one of the largest employers in the region. The project is an essential contribution to reducing unit production costs, introducing and developing environmentally friendly productions and achieving a more sustainable and efficient enterprise in the long term. С проекта ще се реализира осъществяване на първоначални инвестиции в материални активи, свързани с разширяване на капацитета на съществуващ стопански обект за производство на бетонови смеси.Инвестициите по проекта са насочени към повишаване на енергийната ефективност на предприятието като съществен принос към намаляване на разходите за производство на единица продукция, въвеждане и развитие на екологосъобразни производства и постигане на по-устойчивост ефективност на предприятието в дългосрочен план. Дейностите са съобразени с препоръките от доклада след направено енергийно обследване на промишлена система в рамките на производствен обект на „ГБС инфраструктурно строителство“ АД. Предвижда се доставка и въвеждане в експлоатация на технологично оборудване за производство на фракции от инертни материали.С цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност, в производствения обект ще се въведе Автоматизирана система за мониторинг и контрол на енергопотреблението и ще внедри и сертифицира ISO 50001:2011 Система за енергийно управление.С проекта ще се въведе в експлоатация Система за оползотворяване на отпадна енергия. Очакваните резултати от подкрепата се изразяват в подобряване на енергийната ефективност при крайното енергийно потребление на „ГБС инфраструктурно строителство“ АД, което, от своя страна, да доведе до разширяване на капацитета и до постигане на по-устойчив растеж, както на ниво отделно производствено предприятие, така и като цяло за икономиката. Заложените цели и очакваните резултати са в съответствие с корпоративната политика, която предприятието съблюдава в цялостната си дейност като един от най-големите работодатели в региона. Проектът е съществен принос към намаляване на разходите за производство на единица продукция, въвеждане и развитие на екологосъобразни производства и постигане на по-устойчиво и по-ефективно предприятие в дългосрочен план.
