Plans to increase the size of arable land and farmed crops by including new orchard areas — new plantings of peaches — 8,000 decares, which will also be organically grown. At the moment, it does not have the necessary agricultural equipment and uses external mechanised services. Another objective of the candidate is to improve the mechanisation of the holding by purchasing agricultural machinery, machinery, equipment and equipment for the needs of the agricultural holding. Its intentions are to invest part of the funds in the purchase of a motor pump to carry out part of the agricultural activities in the plantations — watering. In addition to improving the farm’s physical condition, it will carry out what is necessary to acquire skills and competences by undergoing training on the main problems of environmental protection in the agricultural sector under sub-measure 1.1 ‘Professional training and skills acquisition’. Стопанството на бенефициентката е растениевъдно, свързано с отглеждането на овощни насаждения – 21,289 дк. праскови и череши. Разположено е в землището на гр.Сливен, община Сливен, област Сливен. Насажденията са разположени на шест парцела, стопанисвани по силата на договор за наем. Всички овощни насаждения са на поливни площи, към момента на кандидатстването има изградена система за капково напояване. През настоящата година бенефициентката е сключила договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Планира увеличаване на размера на обработваемата земя и стопанисваните насаждения, чрез включване на нови площи с овощни насаждения - наемане на нови насаждения от праскови - 8,000 дк, които да отглежда също по биологичен начин. Към момента тя не разполага с необходимата земеделска техника и ползва външни механизирани услуги. Друга цел на кандидатката е подобряване механизацията на стопанството чрез закупуване на селскостопанска техника, машини, съоръжения и оборудване за нуждите на земеделското стопанство. Намеренията й са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на моторна помпа за извършване на част от агротехническите мероприятия в насажденията – поливането. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение по основните проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. Проектът си поставя и цели със социална насоченост - разкриване на нови работни места.
