Галина Йорданова започва дейността си през 2018 година с наемайки имот, който е в регулацията на село Шуменци засят с люцерна. През 2018 година земеделският стопанин продава бали - люцерна от имота, но тъй като не отглежда животни, тя решава да се насочи в отглеждането на трайни насаждения - Кайсии. През стопанската 2018-2019 г. Галина Йорданова се регистрира по Наредба №3 на МЗХГ с два имота с трайни насаждения - кайсии, които ги арендова дългосрочно. Село Шуменци е селото, където климата и почвата са много благоприятни за това насаждение.
