The project provides for partnership of companies carrying out activities in the field of security of sites and individuals, including the use of technical security systems. Through the project, the need to ensure equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes, will be met. The target group of the project includes employees in medium-sized enterprises in the following specific category: with educational attainment lower than ISCED 4 (having no higher than average education) The objectives of the project are to increase the ability of employees to face rapid changes in the labour market and to increase the number of employed persons with secondary and lower education who have acquired new knowledge and skills. The main activities of the project include:1.Provision of vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons2.Training for acquiring key competences of employed persons, according to the European Qualifications Framework under Key Competence 4 “Digital Competence”.Expected results: the skills of the target group will be increased according to the current needs of the business; it will increase their productivity and will create conditions for sustainable employment and consequently to occupy better quality jobs. Improving the skills of the employees contributes to their successful integration into the labour market, their retention and, above all, to increase their employability and employability. The right skills and competences are fundamental for inclusion in working life, but also for inclusion in social and civic life.They contribute to rapid cohesion in the EU context, which is based on mutual understanding, tolerance of differences and an active civil society (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проектът предвижда партньорство на фирми, които извършват дейности в областта на охраната на обекти и физически лица, вкл.с използване на технически системи за сигурност.Чрез проекта ще бъде удовлетворена потребността от осигуряване на равен достъп до възможностите за учене през целия живот за всички възрастови групи, осъвременяване на познанията, уменията и компетенциите на работната ръка, както и насърчаване на гъвкави процеси на учене. Целевата група по проекта включва заети лица в средни предприятия от следната специфична категория:със завършена образователна степен по-ниска от ISCED 4(не притежават образование по-високо от средно)Целите на проекта са да се повиши способността на заетите лица да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда и да се увеличи броя на заетите лица със средно и по-ниско образование, придобили нови знания и умения. Основните дейности по проекта включват:1.Предоставяне на професионално обучение за придобиване или повишаване на професионалната квалификация на заети лица2.Обучение за придобиване на ключови компетентности на заети лица, съгласно Европейската квалификационна рамка по Ключова компетентност 4„Дигитална компетентност”.Очаквани резултати:ще се повиши адекватността на уменията на представителите на целевата група съобразено с актуалните нужди на бизнеса;ще се повиши производителността на труда им и ще се създадат условия за устойчива заетост и съответно заемане на по-качествени работни места.Подобряването на уменията на заетите лица допринася за успешното им включване на пазара на труда, за тяхното задържане и най-вече за повишаване на възможностите им за кариерно развитие и намиране на по-добра и по-подходяща работа. Подходящите умения и компетенции са основополагащи за включването в работния живот, но също така и за включване в социалния и граждански живот.Те допринасят за бързата кохезия в контекста на ЕС, която се базира на взаимно разбиране, толерантност към различията и активно гражданско общество (Bulgarian)
