Проектното предложение е разработено в сферата на селското стопанство, сектор растениевъдство, подотрасъл "зеленчукопроизводство". Стопанството се намира в с. Първенец, общ. Стралджа, обл. Ямбол. През настоящата стопанска година той стопанисва 13.803 дка., върху които отглежда следните култури: 8.500 дка. домати - отгкрито произвоство; 1.500 дка краставици - открито произвоство и 3.803 дка са под угар. Една част от площите са дворни места, други са с начин на трайно ползване "ниви". Три от дворните места и две от нивите са собственост на бенефициента, другите се ползват на база договори за наем. За извършване на агротехнологичните процеси, кандидатът разполага с трактор 25 к. с. и култиватор. Произведените зеленчуци се реализират основно на едро в търговските борси в близките градове. Целта на Кандидата е да развива своето стопанство, чрез увеличаване на площите с отглежданите домати. В стопанството ще се инвестират средства в закупуване на плуг. Към датата на подаване на заявка за второ плащане, Вичо Колев ще притежава удостоверение за преминало обучение от 150 учебни часа и становище от ОДБХ, че стопанството му отговаря на Закона за защита на растенията.
