- По компонент Водоснабдяване се предвижда :•за гр. Враца: реконструкция на Довеждащ водопровод от НР 13 000 m3 до НР 6 200 m3 с дължина 0,785 km;•за гр. Враца: реконструкция и доизграждане на водопроводна мрежа с дължина 23,025 km , изграждане на две нови PRV шахти , както и една нова водомерна шахта;•за гр. Мездра: реконструкция и доизграждането на водопроводна мрежа с дължина 8,272 km , както и изграждането на две нови PRV шахти, както и осем нови водомерни шахти;•за гр. Козлодуй: Реконструкция и доизграждане на водопроводна мрежа с дължина 12,218 km , изграждането на една PRV шахта , както и три нови водомерни шахти;•за гр. Бяла Слатина: Реконструкция и доизграждане на водопроводна мрежа с дължина 10,478 km, както и изграждането на четири нови водомерни шахти- По компонент Събиране на отпадъчни води се предвижда: •агломерация Враца: доизграждане на канализационна мрежа с дължина 3,946 km;•агломерация Козлодуй: доизграждане на канализационната мрежа с дължина 11, 411 km ;•агломерация Бяла Слатина: доизграждане на канализационната мрежа с дължина 6,505 km, изграждане на нови канализационни клонове за битови води в северната зона на града;•Агломерация Мездра: доизграждане на канализационна мрежа мрежа 0,878 km и реконструкция на 0,970 km канализационна мрежа За всяка агломерация в предвидените за доизграждане канализационни клонове са включени участъци от главни колектори и участъци от вътрешната мрежа. В инвестициите е включено и привързване на съществуващи СКО и изграждане на нови СКО, там където е необходимо, изграждане на съоръжения от канализационната мрежа. За всяка от 4-те агломерации е предвидено изграждане на система за мониторинг на канализационната мрежа - По компонент Пречистване на отпадъчни води се предвижда: •ПСОВ Враца: изграждане на навес върху изсушителни полета за временно съхранение на обезводнена утайка; •ПСОВ Козлодуй: изграждане на площадка с навес за времeнно съхранение на обезводнената утайка.
