В инвестициите е включено и привързване на съществуващи СКО и изграждане на нови СКО, там където е необходимо, изграждане на съоръжения от канализационната мрежа. За всяка от 4-те агломерации е предвидено изграждане на система за мониторинг на канализационната мрежа - По компонент Пречистване на отпадъчни води се предвижда: •ПСОВ Враца: изграждане на навес върху изсушителни полета за временно съхранение на обезводнена утайка; •ПСОВ Козлодуй: изграждане на площадка с навес за времeнно съхранение на обезводнената утайка.
