The production base of “Vaniko” is located in the town of Blagoevgrad and is equipped with modern and high-tech machines, ensuring speed, efficiency and precision of operation. Despite the good technical security of production, the company faces the serious challenge of responding adequately to the ever-increasing demand for its products. The current production capacity of machine components and parts (approximately 390 000 pieces for 2017, at 100 % workload) is insufficient and slows down the company’s development. With the realisation of this project, the available machines will be supplemented by 2 high-performance 3-axis CNC lathes, which will lead to: 1. Increase of production capacity with more than 3 800 details/monthly (46 000 pcs./year); 2. Increasing the export potential of Vanico. It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, more than 110 000 pieces of the details produced will be realised on the external markets; 3. Productivity growth; 4. In the framework of the project, activities are foreseen at the choice of supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guide for the implementation of contracts under OPIC 2014-2020, ZUSESIF and Council of Ministers Decree No 160/01.07.2016), supply, installation and commissioning of the machinery. Настоящият проект ще бъде реализиран от „ВАНИКО“ ООД - компания, специализирана в производството на на детайли, машинни възли, машини, проектиране и изработка на инструменти (пресформи, шприцформи и щанци), проектиране на технологии и технологично оборудване, термична обработка. Съгласно Националния класификатор на икономическите дейности (НКИД - 2008), дейността на предприятието се класифицира в код 28.29 „Производство на други машини с общо предназначение, некласифицирани другаде“. Производствената база на „ВАНИКО" е ситуирана в град Благоевград и е оборудвана с модерни и високотехнологични машини, осигуряващи бързина, ефективност и прецизност на работа. Въпреки добрата техническа обезпеченост на производството, компанията е изправена пред сериозното предизвикателство да отговори адекватно на непрекъснато нарастващото търсене на продуктите си. Настоящият капацитет за производство на машинни компоненти и детайли (около 390 000 бр. за 2017г., при 100% натовареност) е недостатъчен и забавя развитието на компанията. С реализацията на настоящия проект, наличните машини ще бъдат допълнени с 2 броя високопроизводителни 3-осни CNC струга, което ще доведе до: 1. Увеличаване на производствения капацитет с над 3 800 бр. детайли /месечно (46 000 бр./годишно); 2. Повишаване на експортния потенциал на „ВАНИКО“. Планира се, в края на прогнозния период, над 110 000 бройки от изработените детайли да се реализират на външните пазари; 3. Нарастване на производителността; 4. Нарастване на нетните приходи от продажби;В рамките на проекта са предвидени дейности по избор на доставчик (в съответствие с процедурата, описана в Ръководство за изпълнението на договори по ОПИК 2014 - 2020, ЗУСЕСИФ и ПМС № 160/01.07.2016г.), доставка, монтаж и пускане в експлоатация на машините.
