This project proposal consists of activities that will lead to the achievement of the objectives set in advance, namely investments in the enrichment of the knowledge and skills of the employees, through investments in the development of staff. With its realisation an established employer in the face of BETA — 12 — IVANOVI Ltd. will create sustainable jobs. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find workers who possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform certain work tasks, which are of paramount importance for their employment realisation. The company needs trained staff and we believe that participation in the provided trainings will enable the individuals to acquire the necessary professional knowledge and skills, which is the goal of the project. They will then have the opportunity to develop their professional potential. Individuals will acquire knowledge, skills and practical experience, with which they will permanently find their way into the labour market. For our part, we will receive non-repayable development support by investing in the human resources of the company to support and ensure its competitiveness. The target group to be included in the project is 50 persons employed in the candidate company and at least 50 % of them will meet at least one of the requirements: not to have higher education than secondary education and/or to be over 54 years old. During the implementation of the project the following activities are foreseen:1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training;2. Selection of training organisation;3. Conducting training for professional qualification in the profession “Worker in Business Services”, CODE 345040, specialty “Business Services”, CODE 3450401.The expected results are to increase the knowledge and skills of the employees, and hence their adaptability and competitiveness.     Настоящето проектно предложение се състои от дейности, които ще доведат до постигането на предварително заложените цели, а именно инвестиции в обогатяване на знанията и уменията на заетите лица, чрез инвестиции в развитието на персонала. С неговата реализация утвърден работодател в лицето на БЕТА - 12 - ИВАНОВИ ООД ще създаде устойчиви работни места. Едновременно с това се засилва тенденцията все по-трудно да намираме работници, които притежават необходимите знания и умения за изпълнение на определени трудови задачи, които са с първостепенна важност както за тяхната трудова реализация. Фирмата има нужда от обучени кадри и считаме, че с включване в предоставените обучения ще се даде възможност на лицата да придобият нужните им професионални знания и умения, което е и целта на проекта. Впоследствие те ще имат възможност да развият своя професионален потенциал. Лицата ще добият знания, умения и практически опит, с което трайно ще намерят реализиране на пазара на труда. От своя страна ние ще получим безвъзмездна подкрепа за развитие, чрез инвестиране в човешките ресурси на дружеството, което да подпомогне и гарантира неговата конкурентоспособност. Целевата група, която ще бъде включена в проекта, е 50 заети лица в дружеството-кандидат, като поне 50% от тях ще отговарят на поне едно от изискванията: да не притежават образование, по-високо от средно и/или да са на възраст над 54 г. При изпълнение на проекта са предвидени следните дейности:1. Подбор на заетите лица за включване в професионално обучение;2. Избор на обучаваща организация;3. Провеждане на обучение за професионална квалификация по професия "Сътрудник в бизнес услуги ", КОД 345040, специалност "Бизнес услуги", КОД 3450401.Очакваните резултати са са повишаване знанията и уменията на заетите, а оттам и тяхната и на дружеството адаптивност и конкурентоспособност.
