The planned project activities include improvement of production processes and implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and efficiency, and will be realised through the delivery and commissioning of an Automated Warehouse System. With the increase in the production capacity of the company and the introduction of new products, it is necessary to store more and more diverse cosmetic products in stock, as the company uses all available premises and rented ones. This, on the one hand, represents a serious financial cost and, on the other hand, generates waste of other resources — human, time, costs of transport, inventory, etc. The existence of an automated warehousing system resulting from ICT synergies and innovations will allow us to effectively and efficiently store the quantities produced, and at any time we will be informed of the available quantities, location, shelf-life, etc. Appropriate publicity and information measures are also foreseen in accordance with the rules of Annex XII of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013.     БИО ФРЕШ ООД е съвременна компания за производство на козметични продукти, създадена през 2000 г. В резултат на дългогодишната си дейност компанията е лансирала на пазара множество серии козметични продукти и към момента асортиментът, предлаган под марката Biofresh и останалите ни регистрирани търговски марки, надвишава 450 продукта. Основните продукти, които произвеждаме по категории са: •Емулсии (кремове, балсами) •Пено-миещи продукти (детергенти)–шампоани, душ-гелове, течни сапуни•Твърди сапуни•Парфюми, тоалетни води •Продукти за и след бръсненеЗа реализацията на това многообразно производство БИО ФРЕШ ООД притежава собствена производствена база на площ над 20 декара, множество магазини в страната и развита дистрибуторска мрежа, която функционира посредством фирмен автопарк, който обслужва различните складови и търговски обекти. Планираните дейности по проекта включват подобряване на производствените процеси и внедряване на нови технологии за подобряване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност, и ще бъдат реализирани посредством доставката и въвеждане в експлоатация на Автоматизирана складова система. С увеличаване на производствения капацитет на дружеството и с въвеждането на нови продукти се налага все повече и по-разнородни козметични продукти да бъдат съхранявани на склад, като фирмата използва както всички налични свои помещения, така и такива под наем. Това от една страна представлява сериозен финансов разход, а от друга страна генерира разхищение и на други ресурси–човешки, времеви, коства разходи за транспорт, инвентаризация и други. Наличието на автоматизирана складова система, която е резултат от синергията на ИКТ и иновации, ще ни позволи ефективно и ефикасно да съхраняваме произведените количества, като във всеки един момент ще бъдем информирани за наличните количества, местоположение, срок на годност и др.
