Las máquinas rebordeadoras que se dispone actualmente son de diseño y construcción simple y, si bien realizan su cometido correctamente, no ofrecen un desempeño óptimo en cuanto a consumo de energía. Se plantea sustituir 6 máquinas rebordeadoras actuales por nuevas máquinas rebordeadoras de alta eficiencia, que permitan reducir el consumo de energía respecto al sistema actual. Las modernas máquinas rebordeadoras parten de nuevos diseños en los que prima la consecución de la eficiencia energética. (Spanish)

The flange machines currently available are of simple design and construction and, while performing their tasks correctly, do not deliver optimal performance in terms of energy consumption. It is proposed to replace 6 existing flange machines with new high-efficiency flange machines, which will reduce energy consumption compared to the current system. Modern beading machines are based on new designs in which the achievement of energy efficiency prevails. (English)
