The newly opened 4 workplaces will be furnished and equipped with desks, sections, computer configuration — 3 workstations and servers, portable computer for mobility of services, multifunctional device and UPS, networked to the four workplaces. To protect personal data and other information, unnecessary documents will be destroyed on Shredder, with subsequent recycling of paper to protect the environment. The newly recruited 4 persons will complete the Professional Training Profession “Operational Accountant” code 344030, specialty “Operational Accounting” code 3440301, for 600 study hours (part of the third qualification degree) and training in key competence 4 “Digital Competence” for work with computer-45 hours. The trainings will be awarded to an external contractor with a license and experience. The project has a duration of 18 months, employees under an employment contract will be for up to 12 months. Disabled persons will be assisted by 2 mentors 3 months. After completion of the project, 50 % of the jobs created will be saved for 1 year. The project meets the requirements of information and publicity, strict compliance with horizontal principles, achievement of the objectives of the Grant Procedure “New Workplace 2015”. Фирма "Баланс -СК" ЕООД е регистрирана по ТЗ с основен предмет на дейност Счетоводни и одиторски дейности. Обслужва счетоводно и дава финансови консултации на юридически и физически лица, развиващи разнородни дейности в Северозападна България и София. Проектното предложение планира разкриване на 4 нови работни места, за безработни и неактивни лица, живеещи в общините Криводол и Враца, където безработицата за 2015 г. достига 47,8% -Криводол, Враца -11,6%. Проектът предвижда 75% от наетите лица да са от община Криводол с Целева група от 2 неактивни лица, 1 лице под 29 години,1 лице над 54 години, половината от които с Решение на ТЕЛК. Новоразкритите 4 работни места, ще бъдат обзаведени и оборудвани с бюра, секции, компютърна конфигурация - 3 бр. работни станции и сървър, преносим компютър за мобилност на услугите, мултифункционално устройство и UPS, вързани в мрежа за четирите работни места. За защита на личните данни и друга информация, ненужните документи ще бъдат унищожавани на Шредер, с последващо рециклиране на хартията с цел опазване на околната среда. Новоназначените 4 лица ще преминат Професионално обучение професия "Оперативен счетоводител" код 344030, специалност "Оперативно счетоводство" код 3440301, за 600 учебни часа (част от трета квалификационна степен) и обучение по ключова компетентност 4 "Дигитална компетентност" за работа с компютър-45 учебни часа. Обученията ще се възложат на Външен изпълнител, притежаващ лицензия и опит. Проектът е с продължителност 18 месеца, наетите лица по трудов договор ще са за срок до 12 месеца.
