Anna Zhecheva’s farm is plant-growing related to the cultivation of fruit plantations — peaches. It is located in the village of Seliminovo, Sliven municipality, region. It’s Sliven. The plantations are located on 4 plots. All areas are irrigated, but currently there is a system for drip irrigation of only some of them. They were created in the period 2002-2005, varieties were used for both fresh consumption and processing: Red Haven, Elegant Lady, Halle, Blake, and Baby Gold. The planting pattern is 4.5 x 3.20. The beneficiary started her agricultural activity on 10 August 2017, when she concluded a contract for the cultivation of the orchards with peaches, and later on 12 March 2018 she registered as farmers under Regulation No 3 of 1999. In the current marketing year 2017/2018 she processed a total of 21.392 dk of peaches. It has concluded a contract with a certifying organisation for the conversion to organic farming of the fruit plantations. Plans to increase the size of the plantations managed and to include new orchards by creating new plantations of cherries — 10,000 decares — to grow organically as well. At the moment, she does not have the necessary agricultural equipment and uses external mechanised services, so the candidate’s other goal is to improve the mechanisation of the farm, and her intentions are to invest part of the funds in the purchase of a disc harrow to carry out some of the most important agricultural activities in the farm — the management of mechanical control of weeds in the plantations. In addition to improving the farm’s physical condition, it will carry out the necessary skills and competences through training on the main problems of environmental protection in the agricultural sector, and the creation of additional employment through the creation of a new place of production on the farm will also have a social impact. Стопанството на Анна Жечева е растениевъдно, свързано с отглеждането на овощни насаждения – праскови. Разположено е в землището на с.Селиминово, община Сливен, обл. Сливен. Насажденията са разположени на 4 парцела. Всички площи са поливни, но към момента има изградена система за капково напояване само на част от от тях. Създадени са през периода 2002 - 2005 г., застъпени са сортове както за прясна консумация, така и за преработка: „Ред хейвън”, „Елегант лейди”, „Хале”, „Блейк” и „Бейби голд”. Схемата на засаждане е 4,5 Х 3,20. Бенефициентката започва началото на своята земеделска дейност на 10.08.2017 година, когато сключва договор за отглеждането на овощните градини с праскови, а по-късно на 12.03.2018 г. се регистрира като земеделските стопанини по реда на Наредба № 3 от 1999 г. През настоящата стопанска 2017/2018 година тя обработва общо 21.392 дк праскови. Сключила е договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Планира увеличаване на размера на стопанисваните насаждения и включването на нови овощни видове, чрез създаване на нови насаждения от череши – 10,000 дк, които да отглежда също по биологичен начин. Към момента тя не разполага с необходимата земеделска техника и ползва външни механизирани услуги, затова другата цел на кандидатката е подобряване механизацията на стопанството, като намеренията й са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на дискова брана за извършване на едни от най-важните агротехнически мероприятия от дейноста в стопанството – воденето на механичната борба с плевелите в насажденията. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение по основните проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор, а създаването на допълнителна заетост чрез разкриване на ново работно място с производствена насоченост в стопанството ще има и социален ефект.
