The employees of the project will work as in the main office of the company, located in the northern part of the resort (in the building of the Orange discotheque), while the persons employed as an animator will carry out their activities in various hotels, bars and restaurants on the territory of the Municipality of Nessebar and Borovets, which are clients of the company. The dynamic development of the company and the strong competition in the market on which it operates, justify the need to increase the staff of the company. The implementation of the project “Changing in life is a new profession — a new time” will provide an opportunity for 30 unemployed and inactive people to start a job, of which 20 persons will be representatives of the specific category “Youth unemployed up to 29 years old”. The company commits to retain at least 15 employees for a period of not less than 12 months after completion of the project activities, ensuring the sustainable employment of some of the recruited persons. It is envisaged that in addition to the mandatory recruitment activity, activities will be carried out to purchase and insure equipment and inventory, vocational training and training for digital competence and foreign languages necessary to secure the newly created jobs, to help improve the professional qualification of new recruits, as well as activities related to publicity and project management. Анимационен свят ЕООД е компания с дългогодишен опит в областта на управлението на заведения за отдих и развлечения, регистрирани съгласно изискванията на Закона за туризма, организирането на събития и анимацията. Компанията развива основната си дейност на територията на к.к. Слънчев бряг, където се намира и обектите, на които ще бъдат назначени безработните и неактивни лица по проект "Промяната в живота е с нова професия - ново време". Наетите по проекта лица ще работят както в главния офис на компанията, намиращ се в северната част на курорта (в сградата на дискотека Ориндж), докато лицата, наети на длъжност аниматор ще извършват дейността си в различни хотели, барове и заведения на територията на Община Несебър и к.к. Боровец, които са клиенти на фирмата.Динамичното развитие на компанията и силната конкуренция на пазара, на който оперира, обуславят необходимостта от увеличаването на персонала на дружеството. Осъществяването на проект "Промяната в живота е с нова професия - ново време" ще предостави възможност на 30 безработни и неактивни лица да започнат работа, като от тях 20 лица ще бъдат представители на специфичната категория "Безработни младежи до 29 г. вкл.". Компанията поема ангажимент след приключването на дейностите по проекта да запази на работa поне 15 от наетите лица за период не по-кратък от 12 месеца, гарантирайки устойчивата заетост на част от назначените лица.
