The company is also certified according to the requirements of NATO Union publication — AQAP 2110 — for design, delivery, system integration and implementation of complex telecommunications and information systems. This project covers two of the deficits in the company’s work as follows: — lack of a mechanism for effective integrated management of the company’s activities, including connection between all units of the production process; — lack of a certificate ensuring the achieved high quality of the IT services provided in a package with the manufactured telecommunications equipment and signalling systems — an integral part of the final product of the company. To cover these deficits, within the project Balkantel Ltd. provides for the implementation of the following measures:- Implementation of activities for development and strengthening of the management capacity of the company, including introduction and certification of a management system in accordance with the requirements of standard ISO 20000-1 "Information technologies. Service Management";- Implementation of activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services: introduction of ERP-system for complex business management. The system represents an organisational innovation for the company. It will include a CRM module for customer relationship management, as well as a module “Waste Management”, which will consolidate the positive attitude of Balkantel Ltd. to the environment. (English)

    Балкантел ООД е инженерингова компания, създадена през 1990 г. и специализирана в производство на телекомуникационно оборудване и ж.п. системи за сигнализация и управление на влаковото движение. Благодарение на квалифицирания си екип, дружеството е постигнало най-високо ниво на стандартите за изпълнение на възложените проекти. Балкантел ООД поддържа Интегрирана система за управление на качеството в съответствие с изискванията на стандартите ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, OHSAS 18001:2007, с първоначална сертификация от 2002 г. Фирмата е сертифицирана и по изискванията на съюзната публикация на НАТО - AQAP 2110 – за проектиране, доставка, системна интеграция и внедряване на комплексни телекомуникационни и информационни системи. Настоящият проект покрива два от дефицитите в работата на компанията, както следва: - липса на механизъм за ефективно комплексно управление на дейността на фирмата, в т.ч. обвързаност между всички звена на производствения процес;- липса на сертификат, обезпечаващ постигнатото високо качество на IT-услугите, предоставяни в пакет с произведеното телекомуникационно оборудване и системи за сигнализация – неразделна част от крайния продукт на фирмата.За да покрие тези дефицити, в рамките на проекта Балкантел ООД предвижда изпълнението на следните мерки:- Изпълнението на дейности за развитие и укрепване на управленския капацитет на фирмата, в т.ч. въвеждане и сертифициране на система за управление в съответствие с изискванията на стандарт ISO 20000-1 „Информационни технологии. Управление на услуги“;- Изпълнението на дейности за насърчаване използването на информационни и комуникационни технологии и услуги: въвеждане на ERP-система за комплексно управление на бизнеса. Системата представлява организационна иновация за дружеството. Тя ще включва CRM-модул за управление взаимоотношенията с клиентите, както и модул „Управление на отпадъците“, който ще затвърди положителното отношение на Балкантел ООД към околната среда.
