For more than 20 years, ANDREA DESIGN Ltd. has been producing advertising products for the Bulgarian and foreign markets. Currently, its portfolio contains more than 600 original products, and the number of interactions with Bulgarian and foreign partners is constantly growing. All this requires investment in the development and strengthening of the management capacity and growth of the company. This project proposal is being developed in response to these identified needs. The aim of the project is to improve the management and organisation models of the main processes in the enterprise’s activities by acquiring and introducing for the first time an ICT-based Enterprise Resource Management System (ERP system).The activity envisaged for implementation of the project is: Activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and introduction of an ERP system. As a result of the implementation of the project activity is expected to increase the competitiveness and improve the capacity of ANDREA DESIGN Ltd. for the successful presence of the company in the intensively competitive external markets.Andrea DESIN Ltd. assesses the importance of responsible management in order to protect the environment and therefore the project includes activities for the introduction of an ERP system, including a module for management of waste from the activity. With the introduction of an ERP system in the enterprise for the first time, the following organisational innovations will be introduced:- first use of a supply chain management system — first use of a system for allocating employee responsibilities — introduction of new methods of organising relationships with suppliers and customers — introduction of a new method of organisation of production (Make-to-Stock) The project proposal is in line with the principles of the EU horizontal policies for the promotion of male and female division and non-discrimination and sustainable development. Вече повече от 20 години АНДРЕА ДИЗАЙН ООД произвежда рекламни изделия за българския и външни пазари. Към момента нейното портфолио съдържа повече от 600 авторски продукта, а числото на взаимодействията с български и чуждестранни партньори непрекъснато расте. Всичко това налага необходимостта от инвестиции в развитие и укрепване на управленския капацитет и растеж на фирмата. Настоящoто проектно предложение се разработва в отговор на тези идентифицирани потребности. Целта на проекта е подобряване на моделите на управление и организация на основните процеси в дейността на предприятиeтo, чрез придобиване и въвеждане за първи път на ИКТ базирана система за управление на ресурсите на предприятието (ERP система).Дейността, предвидена за изпълнение по проекта е: Дейности за насърчаване използването на информационни и комуникационни технологии и услуги, чрез придобиване и въвеждане на ERP система.В резултат на изпълнението на дейността по проекта се очаква увеличаване конкурентоспособността и подобряване на капацитета на АНДРЕА ДИЗАЙН ООД за по-успешното присъствие на фирмата на интензивно конкурентните външни пазари.АНДРЕА ДИЗАЙН ООД оценява значимостта на отговорното управление с оглед опазване на околната среда и поради това проектът включва дейности за въвеждане на ERP система, включваща модул за управление на отпадъците от дейността.
