With this project will be prepared 110L/persons/from UCRC who have an idea with the potential for development in their own business and is assistance in the process of “FROM THE IDEA TO PARINES” by providing training and advice from highly qualified experts with proven experience for developing entrepreneurial skills and effective start-up of newly registered enterprises, the basis for reincarnation of any vital innovation from a business idea into a competitive, active trader on the local market. It is an added contribution to smart growth and a knowledge-based economy. With the finalisation of the project, there will be 110 entrepreneurs and no less than 75 start-ups, final recipients/CP/of the envisaged financial instrument/FI/- “Micro-credit with shared risk”, financed by funds of OP HRD 2014-2020. The applicant will perform a package of activities in Plovdiv and Pazardzhik. The applicant has proven experience in Activities 3.The project has a total of 110L of working age, of which 77 unemployed persons, including OI103-38L. 88L form Vulnerable Group A and 22L — Group B, described in point 11.4In the course of the project implementation, a motivational campaign (25 meetings, on-line presentation) will be organised and conducted for the selection and inclusion of 110L with an entrepreneurial mindset and an idea with potential, eligible CPs of FIs. Each person from the CG will go through 40 hours of individual consultations, united as Module I.Institutional phase. At the exit of Module I, a CP that submitted documents to finance a business plan developed under “risk-shared microcredit” will be available. 72 persons with the completion of Module I will be included in Module II and will undergo training in part of profession 3450501 — “Small and Medium Business” for 180 h./in a group of 9L/.The project is provided financially, organisationally, technically and in line with the requirements for visualisation of ESF support. С настоящия проект ще бъдат подготвени 110Л/лица/ от ЮЦР, които имат идея с потенциал за развитие в собствен бизнес и е помощ в процеса от «ОТ ИДЕЯТА ДО ПАРИТЕ» чрез предоставяне на обучение и консултации от високо квалифицирани експерти с доказан опит за развитие на предприемачески умения и ефективен старт на новорегистрирани предприятия, базата за превъплъщение на всяка една жизнена иновативност от бизнес идея в конкурентен, активен търговец на местния пазар. Той е добавен принос към интелигентен растеж и икономика, базирана на знанието. С финализирането на проекта ще са налице 110 предприемача и не по-малко от 75 стартиращи предприятия, крайни получатели/КП/ на предвидените финансов инструмент /ФИ/-"Микрокредит със споделен риск", финансиран със средства на ОП РЧР 2014-2020. Кандидатът ще изпълни в Пловдив и Пазарджик пакет от дейности. Кандидатът има доказан опит по Дейности 3.Целева група/ЦГ/ по проекта са общо 110Л в трудоспособна възраст, от които 77 безработни, вкл. ОИ103-38Л. 88Л формират Уязвима група А, а 22Л -група Б, описани в т. 11.4В хода на изпълнение на проекта ще бъдe организиранa и проведенa мотивационна кампания (25 срещи,он-лайн представяне) за подбор и включване на 110Л с предприемаческа нагласа и идея с потенциал, допустими КП на ФИ. Всяко лице от ЦГ ще премине през 40 ч. индивидуални консултации, обединени като Модул I.Институционална фаза. На изхода на Модул I ще е наличен КП, подал документи за финансиране на разработен бизнес план по "микрокредит със споделен риск". 72 лица с приключване на Модул I ще бъдат включени в Модул II и ще преминат през обучение в част от професия 3450501-"Малък и среден бизнес" за 180 ч. /в група от 9Л/.Проектът е обезпечен финансово, организационно, технически и съобразен с изискванията за визуализация на подкрепата от ЕСФ.
