The strategy of AMET Ltd. for the development of the enterprise is based on the development and implementation of innovative high-tech products and subsequent production of competitive production. In order to implement the latter, the company has been performing a phased technological modernisation of its machinery fleet for years, based on the supply and commissioning of high-tech and priority energy-saving equipment. This project aims at the realisation of another planned stage and provides for the acquisition of energy-saving equipment for the main elements of the production process in the enterprise and the introduction of an energy monitoring system. The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following main activities:1. Acquisition of new production equipment — turning milling centre with CNC.2. Acquisition of new equipment — Energy monitoring system with Energy monitoring software.3. Consulting services for implementation and certification of EN BDS ISO 50001.The activities are fully in line with the measures set out in the report of the energy audit.As a result of the implementation of the project: — will improve the energy efficiency of the enterprise;- will reduce CO2 emissions;- will improve the resource efficiency of the enterprise;- will prove a positive effect for the protection of the environment;- will increase the production capacity;- will increase labour productivity;- will increase the quality of the production. With the realisation of the project will be achieved as a whole an increase in competitiveness and sustainable growth of AMET Ltd. The project will be implemented in eight months. Стратегията на АМЕТ ООД за развитие на предприятието е основана на разработването и внедряването на иновативни високотехнологични продукти и последващо производство на конкурентоспособна продукция. За осъществяване на последното предприятието години наред извършва поетапно технологична модернизация на машинния си парк основана на доставката и въвеждането в експлоатация на високотехнологично и приоритетно енергоспестяващо оборудване. Настоящият проект е с цел реализация на поредния планиран етап и предвижда придобиване на енергоспестяващо оборудване за основни елементи от производствения процес в предприятието и въвеждане на система за енергиен мониторинг.Проектът ще се реализира чрез изпълнението на следните основни дейности:1. Придобиване на ново производствено оборудване - Струго-фрезови център с ЦПУ.2. Придобиване на ново оборудване - Система за енергиен мониторинг със Софтуер за мониторинг наенергопотреблението.3. Консултантски услуги за въвеждане и сертифициране на стандарта EN БДС ISO 50001.Дейностите съответстват напълно на посочените в доклада от извършения енергиен одит мерки.В резултат от изпълнението на проекта: - ще се подобри енергийната ефективност на предприятието;- ще се намалят емисиите на СО2;- ще се подобри ресурсната ефективност на предприятието;- ще се окаже положителен ефект за опазване на околната среда;- ще се увеличи производственият капацитет;- ще се повиши производителността на труда;- ще се повиши качеството на продукцията.С реализацията на проекта ще се постигне като цяло повишаване на конкурентоспособността и устойчив растеж на АМЕТ ООД.Проектът ще бъде осъществен за осем месеца.
