A candidate under this procedure is Alpha Cotton Ltd., which operates in the village of Marikostinovo, Petrich municipality, in the field of production of clothing, linen and accessories.The objectives of the project are to increase the competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth of the company by improving the energy efficiency and expanding the production capacity. These objectives will be achieved by carrying out the following activities: • Acquisition of new production equipment according to eight measures recommended in the energy audit. • Introduction and certification of an energy management system according to the requirements of standard BDS EN ISO 50001:2011.Investment in energy efficient equipment with higher productivity, which will replace obsolete equipment used in cutting and sewing processes, will contribute to reducing energy consumption, expanding capacity and reducing the cost of operation and maintenance. The introduction and certification of an energy management system according to ISO 50001 will contribute to improving the management and control of energy consumption in the enterprise, increasing the resource efficiency and improved cost planning. By implementing the planned activities, the following results will be achieved:- Increased energy efficiency and reduced production costs will contribute to improving the management and production costs of the company’s high-end performance, the higher performance of the project will contribute to the increased efficiency of the firm’s improved energy efficiency. Кандидат по настоящата процедура е Алфа Коттон ООД, което оперира в с.Марикостиново, община Петрич, в областта на производство на облекло, бельо и аксесоари.Целите на проекта са повишаване на конкурентоспособността и постигане на устойчив растеж на фирмата чрез подобряване на енергийната ефективност и разширяване на производствения капацитет.Тези цели ще бъдат постигнати чрез изпълнение на следните дейности:• Придобиване на ново производствено оборудване съгласно осем препоръчани в енергийния одит мерки. • Въвеждане и сертифициране на система за енергиен мениджмънт съгласно изискванията на стандарт БДС EN ISO 50001:2011.Инвестицията в енергоефективно оборудване с по-висока производителност, което ще подмени остаряло оборудване, използвано в процесите кроене и шиене, ще допринесе за намаляване на енергийното потребление, разширяване на капацитета и намаляване на разходите за експлоатация и поддръжка.Въвеждането и сертифицирането на система за енергиен мениджмънт съгласно ISO 50001 ще допринесе за подобряване на управлението и контрола на енергопотреблението в предприятието, повишаване на ресурсната ефективност и по-добро планиране на разходите.Чрез реализацията на планираните дейности ще бъдат постигнати следните резултати:- Повишена енергийна ефективност и намалени производствени разходиПланираните енергийни спестявания в резултат от изпълнението на проекта са 62,7%.- Повишена ресурсна ефективност на Алфа Коттон ООД с намалено негативно въздействие върху околната среда и спестени 88.282 t/год. въглеродни емисии.- Повишен производствен капацитет на предприятието и подобрено качество на продуктитеНовите машини ще осигурят по-висока производителност и подобрено качество на изделията, което ще позволи на фирмата да приема повече поръчки за по-кратко време и да разшири своите позиции на националния и европейския пазар.Реализацията на проекта ще допринесе за повишаване на конкурентоспособността на Алфа Коттон ООД и постигане на устойчив растеж.
