The main restrictions on the expansion of the activity of ADL EOOD are related to the production of luxury sales packages: low production capacity and inappropriate technological processes, inability to improve existing and add new characteristics and low resource efficiency and efficiency in the production processes applied to the production of luxury sales packaging.To neutralise the identified restrictions it is necessary to take action for:1. Improvement of production processes;2. Adding new features and improving existing products;3. Implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process. For this purpose, will be purchased and put into operation:1. Machine for fastening two different materials — 1 piece;2. Hard box machine.– 1 piece;3. White hard box cladding machine with decorative paper. — 1 piece;4. Machine for milling of creasing channel on mukawa — 1 piece;With realisation of the project will be overcome the main restrictions on the planned expansion of the enterprise’s activity. As a result, we will: improve the main production processes for the production of luxury sales packaging. We achieve technological security for flexible production, for gluing hard boxes in three planes (3D), the incorporation in the production of new materials and the addition of new characteristics to the manufactured products. We increase the productivity of luxury sales packaging with new types and critical materials in thickness by 80 %, and the total capacity by 5 %. We reduce production marriage and technological waste. Improve resource efficiency and efficiency by 16.09 %, productivity by 17.75 % increase sales packaging production by 3.39 %, net sales revenue by 5.28 % and export share by 4.82 % in 2019 compared to base year 2014.The target group is the company’s team; (English) | |||||||||||||||

Основните ограничения пред разширяване на дейността на „АДЛ“ ЕООД са свързани с производството на луксозни търговски опаковки: нисък производствен капацитет и неподходящи технологични процеси, невъзможност за подобряване на съществуващите и добавяне на нови характеристики и ниска ресурсна ефективност и ефикасност в производствените процеси прилагани за производството на луксозни търговски опаковки.За да се неутрализират констатираните ограничения е необходимо да се предприемат действия за:1. Подобряване на производствените процеси;2. Добавяне на нови характеристики и подобряване на съществуващите продукти;3. Внедряване на нови технологии за подобряване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност в производствения процес.За целта, ще бъдат закупени и въведени в експлоатация:1. Машина за скрепване на два различни материала – 1 брой;2. Машина за твърди кутии.– 1 брой;3. Машина за облицоване на бели твърди кутии с декоративна хартия. – 1 брой;4. Машина за фрезоване на биговащ канал върху мукава – 1 брой;С реализация на проекта ще бъдат преодолени основните ограничения пред планираното разширяване на дейността на предприятието. В резултат ще:Подобрим основните производствените процеси за производство на луксозни търговски опаковки.Постигнем технологична обезпеченост за гъвкаво производство, за залепяне на твърди кутии в три равнини (3D), влагането в производството на нови материали и добавяне на нови характеристики към произвежданите продукти.Повишим производителността на луксозни търговски опаковки с нови по вид и критични по дебелина материали с 80%, а общият капацитет с 5 %.Намалим производствения брак и технологичния отпадък.Подобрим ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност с 16.09%, производителността с 17.75%Увеличим производството на търговски опаковки с 3,39%, нетните приходи от продажби с 5.28% , а делът на износа с 4.82% през 2019г., спрямо базовата 2014 г.Целева група е колективът на дружеството; (Bulgarian)
