Through the realisation of the project “New Profession — New Challenges for a New Life” will enable 25 unemployed and inactive people to find employment in one of the most reputable institutions in the country, and on the other hand the implementation of the project will meet the growing needs of the company and will help maintain the market leadership and ensure sustainable employment of employees. Once the project activities have been completed, the applicant will retain at least 13 employees for a period of not less than 12 months, ensuring the sustainable employment of part of the recruited persons. Of the 25 unemployed and inactive people, 21 will be representatives of the specific category “Youth unemployed up to 29 years old” and the remaining 4 persons will be unemployed and inactive. In addition, the project envisages the implementation of activities to purchase and insure the necessary equipment and inventory to ensure the newly created jobs, vocational training and competence training to help improve the professional qualification of new recruits, as well as activities related to publicity and project management. За да запази огромния интерес към заведението и за да гарантира устойчивостта на лидерската позиция на един от най-конкурентните пазари, АКАУНТ ФАКТОР ООД организира множество значими събития от значение модните и медийни среди, които допринасят за устойчивото развитие на туризма и конкурентоспособността на националния туристически продукт.Чрез реализацията на проекта "Нова професия - нови предизвикателства за нов живот" ще се даде възможност на 25 безработни и неактивни лица да намерят работа в едно от най-реномираните заведения в страната, а от друга стана изпълнението на проекта ще отговори на нарастващите нужди на компанията и ще спомогне за запазването на лидерските позиции на пазара и за осигуряването на устойчива заетост на наетите лица.
