The project proposal of “Advancer” Ltd. is aimed at the creation and development of a web portal with an application in the field of human resources management and the labor market, which will essentially represent a new modern approach to the recruitment process and the development of professional skills and qualifications of future employees in accordance with the demand and needs of the employers. Web-Platforama advancer will offer functions of automated verification (testing) of the level of knowledge of job applicants, intensive training courses to meet the requirements for a specific position and training in key management skills. In order to realise the entrepreneurial idea, the following activities will be carried out under this project:1. Qualified staff with education and experience in the fields of information technology and human resources management will be recruited, who will be responsible for the technical and conceptual development of the web portal2. A server configuration (DMA) and a basic software module (DNA) will be purchased, necessary for the development and technical support of the plaforama3. A working room will be rented, where the work on the development and implementation of the platform will be carried out4. A web-site will be created, through which ADVANCER’s users will be contacted. Through the implementation of the above activities, Advancer Ltd. will be provided with the necessary conditions for the creation of a new product linking business with workers and jobseekers and offering services for the labour market with added value, while laying strong foundations for the future development of the enterprise and its sustainable growth. Проектното предложение на фирма "Адвансър" ЕООД е насочено към създаването и разработването на web-портал с приложение в сферата на мениджмънта на човешките ресурси и пазара на труда, което по същността си ще представлява нов съвременен подход към процеса на подбор на персонал и развитието на професионалните умения и квалификацията на бъдещите служители в съответствие с търсенето и нуждите на работодателите. Web-платфорамата ADVANCER ще предлага функции по автоматизирана проверка (тестване) на нивото на знания на кандидати за работа, интензивни обучителни курсове за покриване на изискванията за конкретна позиция и обучение в ключови мениджърски умения.За да бъде реализирана предприемаческата идея, по настоящия проект ще бъдат извършени следните дейности:1. Ще бъде нает квалифициран персонал с образование и опит в сферите на информационните технологии и мениджмънта на човешките ресурси, който ще отговаря за техническото и концептуалното разработване на web-портала2. Ще бъдат закупени сървърна конфигурация (ДМА) и базов софтуерен модул (ДНА), необходими за разработването и техническото обезпечаване на платфорамата3. Ще бъде наето работно помещение, в което ще се осъществява работата по разработване и реализиране на платформата4. Ще бъде създаден web-сайт, чрез който ще се осъществи връзката с потребителите на ADVANCERЧрез изпълнението на горепосочените дейности ще се обезпечи "Адвансър" ЕООД с необходимите условия за създаването на нов продукт, свързващ бизнеса с работещите и търсещите работа и предлагащ услуги за пазара на труда с добавена стойност, като същевременно се поставят здрави основи за бъдещото развитие на предприятието и устойчивия му растеж.
