To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate existing permanent crops and increase the area of the holding through renting/purchase of 3 decares of land in October 2021 and the creation of 3 decares of plum garden in November 2021.With the creation of the plum garden, the requirements of Objective 1 “Increase the economic size of the agricultural holding measured in the OSP (minimum of EUR 2000 OSP)” and Objective 6 “Created new permanent crops, berry and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares”. The new peach garden will be cultivated using the method of conventional farming. To keep the garden in good agricultural condition and to reduce the cost of external mechanised services, the farmer plans to purchase a disc harrow in March 2021. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farm will continue to strictly keep the logbooks and will undergo a course of handling preparations for R.H. in May 2020. Thus, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards on veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be implemented. The completion of the course on working with preparations for R.H. will be the activity with which the farmer will start implementing the business plan within nine months of the date of the conclusion of the financial assistance contract. За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните трайни насаждения и ще увеличи площите на стопанството чрез наеман/закупуване на 3 дка земя през октомври 2021 г. и създаване на 3 дка сливова градина през ноември 2021г..Със създаването на сливовата градина ще се изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство, измерен в СПО (минимум с 2000 евро СПО)” и Цел 6 "Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка" . Новата прасковена градина ще се отглежда по метода на конвенционалното земеделие. За поддържане на градината в добро земеделско състояние и за намаляване на разходите за външни механизирани услуги, фермерът предвижда да закупи дискова брана през март 2021г. За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията, той ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците и ще премине курс за работа с препарати за Р.З.през май 2020г.. По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд".Завършването на курса за работа с препарати за Р.З. ще е дейността с която фермерът ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ.
