Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie opatowski. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 131 uczestników projektu ( 64 kobiet i 67 mężczyzn), w tym przez co najmniej : - 25 % uczestników niepełnosprawnych - 35% uczestników projektu będących osobami długotrwale bezrobotnymi - 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach - 48% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęta zostanie grupa 291 osób bezrobotnych (144 kobiety i 147 mężczyzn) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Opatowie w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia) znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. należących do jednej z kategorii: osób po 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych bądź osób o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Opatowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Abbot district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 131 participants (64 women and 67 men), including at least: — 25 % of disabled participants – 35 % of project participants who are long-term unemployed – 36 % of low-skilled participants – 48 % of participants not eligible for any of the above mentioned target groups. The project will support a group of 291 unemployed (144 women and 147 men) registered at the Poviat Labour Office in Opatów aged over 29 years of age qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”) who are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. belonging to one of the categories: people over 50 years of age, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed or the low-skilled. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Opatów will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments. (English)
