This project proposal plans the purchase of new equipment and equipment for the provision of construction services, presented and described as energy efficiency measures in the project’s energy audit, as follows: Measure 1 — Combined excavator — 1; Measure 2 — Mini-front loader — 1 and Measure 3 — Automated system management of energy consumption — 2 supplies and commissioning of new equipment and equipment under the project will result in energy savings of 38.75 %, energy savings factor 56.7 % and expansion of capacity for provision of construction services by an average of 38 %, according to Annex B — Energy audit. This makes the investment profitable with a rate of return (IRR) of 18.64 % and a redemption period of 5.19 years, in accordance with Annex B1 to this application procedure. In addition, the successful implementation of this project will contribute to environmental protection and climate change mitigation as a result of saved 36 tCO2/year and recycling of construction waste and raw materials. Настоящото проектно предложение планира закупуване на нова техника и оборудване за предоставяне на строителни услуги, представени и описна като мерки за енергийна ефективност в енергийния одит към проекта, както следва: Мярка 1 - Комбиниран багер-товарач - 1 бр.; Мярка 2 - Мини челен товарач - 1 бр. и Мярка 3 - Автоматизирана система управление на енергопотреблението - 2 бр. Доставката и пускането в експлоатация на новата техника и оборудване по проекта ще доведе до енергийни спестявания в размер на 38,75%, фактор на енергийни спестявания 56,7% и разширяване капацитета за предоставяне на строителни услуги средно с 38%, съгласно Приложение Б - Енергиен одит. Това прави инвестицията рентабилна с норма на възвращаемост (IRR) 18,64% и срок на откупуване 5,19 години, съгласно Приложение Б1 по настоящата процедура за кандидатстване. В допълнение успешното реализиране на настоящия проект ще допринесе за опазване на околната среда и смекчаване на последиците от изменението на климата, в следствие на спестени 36 tСО2/год. и рециклиране на строителни отпадъци и суровини.Ползите и ефекта за всяка една от предвидените енергоспестяващи мерки са подробно описани в Приложение Б - Енергиен одит.
