Проектното предложение е насочено към повишаване квалификацията на заетите лица в ХРИСЕМ 7 ЕООД и МОНИ С 94 ЕООД чрез придобиване на знания и умения, с които работещите ще могат да посрещнат предизвикателствата, които са поставени пред работодателите, а именно: разширяване обхвата на услуги, които те предлагат на пазара в национален и международен аспект. Повишаване на конкурентноспособността на фирмите, чрез повишаване на производителността на труда на работещите и създаване на условия за устойчива заетост.ХРИСЕМ 7 ЕООД е дружество, регистрирано на 07.06.2016г. Понастоящем във фирмата са назначени на трудов договор 15 служители.МОНИ С 94 ЕООД е дружество, регистрирано на 01.03.2016г. Понастоящем във фирмата са назначени на трудов договор 2 служители.Проектът ще осигури възможност на заетите лица да повишат професионалната си квалификация и езикови умения, което е предпоставка за предоставяне на по-качествени услуги на съществуващи и потенциални клиенти в страната и чужбина. Професионалното обучение е част от стратегията за развитие и на ХРИСЕМ 7 ЕООД и МОНИ С 94 EООД. Ключов фактор за реализиране на дейността на фирмите е човешкият, поради което за работодателите е от изключително важно значение да инвестират в знанията и уменията на служителите си, с които да посрещнат предизвикателствата на съвременния свят, както и да създадат условия за устойчиво развитие.Целта на проекта е повишаване на квалификацията на заетите лица в ХРИСЕМ 7 ЕООД и МОНИ С 94 ЕООД чрез придобиване на знания и умения за посрещане на предизвикателствата в съвременните условия и повишаване производителността на труда им.
