The remaining 1000 litres of milk will be processed as follows — 2 days at 1000 litres per cavkaval and 5 days at 1000 litres for yogurt. Four specialised means of transport are planned for purchase. The two will be used to transport raw milk from the members’ farms to the dairy, for which they will be fitted with milk tanks. The other two means of transport will be transformed into a refrigerator to transport the company’s finished products to wholesale exchanges and resellers. The applicant is a producer organisation starting a new activity, namely the processing of its own raw materials. This will add value to milk and increase the income of the members of the organisation. The planned establishment complies with all modern requirements of European and national legislation on milk processing and dairy production. Модулно изграждане на обект с капацитет 4000 литра мляко дневно. Обекта ще е разположен в ПИ 177 от кв. 51 с площ 2460 кв. м. в землището на гр. Каолиново, общ. Каолиново, обл. Шумен. Ще се преработва овче мляко собствена суровина. Ще се произвеждат следните продукти: Сирена в опаковка пластмасови кутии 8 кг., Кашкавал в опаковка по 1 кг. и Кисело мляко в кофички по 0.4 кг. Ще се работи на непрестатен режим при 7 дневна работна седмица, като за целите на проекта ще се изчислява капацитета при 52 седмици годишно. От получените 4000 л. мляко всеки ден ще се преработват по 3000 л. мляко за сирена в опаковка пластмасови кутии 8 кг. Останалите 1000 л. мляко ще се преработват, както следва – 2 дни по 1000 л. за кавкавал и 5 дни по 1000 л. за кисело мляко. Предвидени са за закупуване четири броя специализирани транспортни средства. Двете ще се използват за превоз на сурово мляко от фермите на членовете до мандрата, като за целта върху тях ще се монтират цистерни за мялко. Другите две транспортн средство ще се трансформират в хладилник за превоз на готовата продукция на дружеството до борси за търговия и прекупвачи на едро. Кандидата е организация на производители, която започва нова дейност, а именно преработка на собствените суровини. Това ще придаде добавена стойност към млякото и ще повиши приходите на членовете на организацията. Планираното предприятие е съобразено с всички съвременни изисквания на европейското и национално законодателство за преработка на мляко и производство на млечни продукти. Изготвения предварителен анализ на предприятието доказва неговата ефективност, подобрени условия на труд и подобряване на общата дейност на организацията. (Bulgarian)
