The main objective of the project “Achieved balance between work and personal life with children’s playground at”FUD DELIVERY EXPRESS“Ltd” is to ensure better reconciliation of the family and professional life of 30 employed parents in the company, providing a children’s playground for 30 children at the workplace of two age groups. This in turn will help prevent absenteeism, helping to facilitate access to employment for 30 working parents in the company. The project proposal includes activities whose main objective is to maintain the level of work and economic activity of 30 parents, while maintaining the quality of the workforce and labour productivity, exploiting the full potential of the developing labour market. The planned activities also directly benefit FOOD DELIVERY EXPRESS EOOD, consisting of providing a larger resource of personnel, a more motivated and more productive workforce. The project envisages creating an attractive environment for the newly created children’s playground for two age groups through the purchase of equipment, furniture, materials, consumables, which is complementary to the formal system of preschool and school education. The project activities will provide 30 employed parents in the care company for 10 children aged up to 3 years and 20 children from 3 to 12 years old. At the same time, the opening of 6 new jobs for the post of “Assistant-Educator” will allow 6 unemployed persons registered with the Labour Office to develop their personal and professional knowledge, skills and capacity to care for children through a combination of training on “Childcare” and inclusion in subsidised employment for a period of 12 months. Основна цел на проект "Постигнато равновесие между работа и личен живот с детски кът към "ФУУД ДЕЛИВЪРИ ЕКСПРЕС"ЕООД" е осигуряване на по-доброто съвместяване на семейния и професионален живот на 30 заети родители в дружеството, осигурявайки детски кът за 30 деца на работното място от две възрастови групи. Това от своя страна ще спомогне за превенция на отсъствието от работа, допринасяйки за улесняване достъпа до заетост за 30 работещи родители в дружеството. Проектното предложение включва дейности, чиято основна цел е запазване равнището на трудовата и икономическа активност на 30 родители, а от друга се запазване качеството на работната сила и производителността на труда, използвайки пълния потенциал на развиващия се трудов пазар. Планираните дейности оказват пряка полза и за "ФУУД ДЕЛИВЪРИ ЕКСПРЕС ЕООД", изразяваща се в осигуряването на по-голям ресурс от кадри, по-мотивирана и по-производителна работна сила. По проекта се предвижда създаване на привлекателна среда на новосъздадения детски кът за две възрастови групи чрез закупуване на оборудване, обзавеждане, материали, консумативи, който има допълващ характер към формалната система на предучилищното и училищно образование. Проектните дейности ще предоставят на 30 заети родители в дружеството за полагане грижи за 10 деца от възрастова група до 3г. и 20 деца от възрастова група от 3г. до 12г. Откриването на 6 нови работни места за длъжност "Помощник-възпитател", същевременно ще създаде условия на 6 безработни лица, регистрирани в Дирекция "Бюро по труда" да развият личностните си и професионалните си знания, умения и способности за полагане на грижи за деца, посредством комбинация от провеждане на обучение на тема "Полагане грижи за деца" и включване в субсидирана заетост за период 12 месеца.
