The improved conditions for crossing the road sections will have a beneficial impact on the target groups of this project and the final beneficiaries of the population of Montana and the municipalities of Montana and Brousartsi, will contribute to improving the quality of life and working environment, as well as providing new opportunities for increasing the competitiveness of the region, improving the accessibility of the TEN-T network of freight and passengers within the region, thus also achieving the objective of the current grant scheme. Основният резултат, който ще бъде постигнат с реализацията на проекта е рехабилитирани пътни участъци от път IІІ-112 с обща дължина 29,793 км.С подобряването на транспортно-експлоатационните качества на съществуващите пътни участъци ще се осигурят безопасност на движението и комфорт на пътуващите жители на селата Дъбова Махала, Студено буче, Смирненски, Славотин, Доктор Йосифово и гр. Брусарци, удължаване на експл. живот на пътя. Подобрените условия за преминаване по пътните участъци ще окажат благоприятно въздействие върху целевите групи по настоящия проект и крайните бенефициенти–населението на област Монтана и общините Монтана и Брусарци, ще допринесе за подобряване на качеството на живот и работна среда, както и осигуряването на нови възможности за повишаване конкурентноспособността в региона, подобрява достъпността до TEN-T мрежата на товари и пътници в рамките на региона, с което се постига и целта на настоящата схема за предоставяне на безвъзмездна помощ. Основните дейности, заложени за успешната реализацията на проекта са: - Сформиране на екип за управление на проекта, който ще управлява и координира всички дейности и участници, ангажирани в реализацията на инвестиционното предложение- Избор на Изпълнител за извършване на строително-монтажни работи, сключване на договор с него и извършване на рехабилитация на обекта- Избор на Изпълнител на строителен надзор (Консултант) на проекта, сключване на договор с него и извършване на консултантски услуги за упражняване на независим строителен надзор по време на строителството и през гаранционния период за обекта - Сключен договор с Проектанта и упражняване на авторски надзор върху изпъленението на СМР на обекта- Осъществяване на одит на проекта от сертифициран одитор- Изпълнение на мерките за информация и публичност на проекта от Изпълнителя на СМР на проекта- Въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация, изпълнение на всички дейности по проекта, верификация на разходите и отчитане на постигнатите резултати (Bulgarian)
