Основният резултат, който ще бъде постигнат от изпълнението на всички дейности по проекта е наличието на рехабилитиран пътен участък от 8.712 км на път II–35. С възстановяването и подобряването на транспортно-експлоатационните качества на съществуващата пътна настилка и пътното тяло ще се осигурят условия на безопасност на движението и комфорт на пътуващите. Подобрените условия за преминаване по пътния участък ще окажат благоприятно въздействие върху целевите групи по настоящия проект и крайните бенефициенти – населението на област Ловеч. Осъществяването на дейностите предвидени по настоящия проект ще допринесе за подобряване на качеството на живот и работна среда, както и осигуряването на нови възможности за повишаване конкурентно способността в региона. Рехабилитираният пътен участък подобрява достъпността до TEN-T мрежата на товари и пътници в рамките на региона, с което се постига и целта на настоящата схема за предоставяне на безвъзмездна помощ.
