The implementation of the project envisages the rehabilitation of sections of the Republican road II-29 passing through the territory of the districts of Varna and Dobrich. The road provides the shortest connection between the Republic of Romania and the resorts along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and connects the town of Dobrich with the town of Varna and from there to the whole country. The implementation of the project for rehabilitation of road II-29 will meet the needs of the population in northeastern Bulgaria, residents from the districts of Varna and Dobrich. The main objective of the project is to improve and modernise the technical and operational characteristics of road II-29. The implementation of the project will contribute to: improving the mobility of the population in the region, increasing investment, creating new jobs, increasing regional competitiveness, improving the state of the environment by reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gas emissions and greater opportunities for the local population to choose health and educational services. The main target groups under this project are all users of the road section foreseen for rehabilitation in the districts of Varna and Dobrich, all travelers between the Republic of Romania and the resorts along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The main activities set for the successful implementation of the project are: Project management team; Construction works; Construction supervision during the construction of the site; Author’s supervision of the project; Project audit; Information and publicity measures for the project; Putting the site into operation, verification of costs and reporting of the results achieved; (English) | |||||||||||||||

Изпълнението на проекта предвижда извършване на рехабилитация на отсечки от Републикански път II-29, преминаващ през територията на областите Варна и Добрич. Пътят осигурява най-кратката връзка между Република Румъния с курортите по българското Черноморие и свързва гр.Добрич с гр.Варна и оттам с цялата страна. С реализацията на проекта за рехабилитация на път ІІ-29 ще бъдат удовлетворени потребностите на населението в Североизточна България, на жителите от областите Варна и Добрич. Основна цел на проекта е подобряване и модернизация на технико-експлоатационните характеристики на път II-29. Реализацията на проекта ще допринесе за: подобряването на мобилността на населението в региона, увеличаване на инвестициите,създаване на нови работни места, повишаване на регионалната конкурентоспособност, подобряване на състоянието на околната среда чрез намаляване на отделянето на вредни емисии на парникови газове и по-големи възможности на местното население за избор на здравни и образователни услуги.Основните целева групи по настоящия проект са всички ползватели на предвиденият за рехабилитация пътен участък в областите Варна и Добрич, всички пътуващи между Република Румъния и курортите по българското Черноморие. Основните дейности, които са заложени за успешната реализацията по проекта са: Екип за управление на проекта; Строително монтажни работи; Строителен надзор по време на строителството на обекта; Авторски надзор на проекта; Одит на проекта; Мерки за информация и публичност на проекта; Въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация, верификация на разходите и отчитане на постигнатите резултати; (Bulgarian)
