The implementation of this project will contribute to solving the problems identified in the field of employment related to the high level of unemployment among disabled and disadvantaged people on the labour market. According to NSI data, in the second quarter of 2017 the total number of unemployed people in Bulgaria was 214 000 people, among them the share of long-term unemployed (over 12 months) — 55 %, people with primary and lower education — 38 % and unemployed young people up to 29 years — 9.5 %. In order to overcome the previous, the fight against unemployment among vulnerable groups in the labour market is a key priority of the National Reform Programme 2012-2020. In parallel, the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour process is a basic prerequisite for their labour and social integration into society and to improving their quality of life.In the above perspective, the project provides measures to promote the social economy by ensuring access to employment and improving the active inclusion of people away from the labour market. In order to achieve this goal, the company envisages to provide support in the direction of social inclusion through the separation of a social enterprise in its structure and the provision of employment for 19 people from the target groups. In this way, the project will be a direct investment in the human potential aimed at acquiring new knowledge and skills and guaranteeing the right to work and decent pay. With this project, the company aims to expand its activity by contributing to the promotion of social entrepreneurship by providing professional services in autocosmetic and cleaning. The activities and their temporal scope are linked to the objectives set out in the project and are necessary for their realisation, ensuring the expected results. They provide for the formation and functioning of the social enterprise, the technical and functional provision of the jobs created, the provision of employment for 19 persons in the target group. Реализирането на настоящия проект ще допринесе за решаване на идентифицирани в сферата на заетостта проблеми, свързани с високото ниво на безработица сред лицата с увреждания и такива в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда. По данни на НСИ през второто тримесечие на 2017 г. общия брой на безработните лица в България е 214 000 души, като сред тях изключително висок е дела на трайно безработните (над 12 месеца) - 55%, хората с основно и по-ниско образование - 38% и на безработните младежи до 29 г. - 9,5%. За преодоляване на предното, борбата с безработицата сред уязвимите групи на пазара на труда е ключов приоритет на Националната програма за реформи 2012-2020 г. Успоредно с това включването на хората с увреждания в трудовия процес е основна предпоставка за тяхната трудова и социална интеграция в обществото и до подобряване качеството им на живот.В аспекта на горното, проекта предвижда мерки за насърчаване на социалната икономика чрез осигуряване на достъп до заетост и подобряване на активното включване на отдалечени от пазара на труда лица. За реализиране на тази цел дружеството предвижда да окаже подкрепа в посока на социалното включване, чрез обособяването на социално предприятие в своята структура и осигуряването на заетост за 19 лица от целевите групи. По този начин проекта ще бъде пряка инвестиция в човешкия потенциал насочена към придобиване на нови знания и умения и гарантиране право на труд и достойно заплащане.С настоящия проект дружеството цели да разшири своята дейност като допринесе за насърчаване на социалното предприемачество чрез предоставяне на професионални услуги по автокозметика и почистване.Дейностите и техният времеви обхват са обвързани със заложените в проекта цели и са необходими за тяхната реализация, гарантирайки очакваните резултати. Те предвиждат формиране и функциониране на социалното предприятие, технически и функционално обезпечаване на създадените работни места, осигуряване на заетост за 19 лица от целевата група.
