This project proposal is aimed at the market relevance of an entrepreneurial idea in AEL Group EOOD in a priority sector of the National Strategy for Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises 2014-2020. — C27 ‘Manufacture of electrical equipment’ The company will develop in the field of production and installation of intercom systems. The project proposal is linked to the company’s striving for sustainability of a newly created enterprise, forming a team of specialists for the development of the entrepreneurial idea. Creation and stability of jobs and growth through the realisation and marketing of the product and service, to increase the capacity of its production through investments in high-tech equipment in order to improve the production processes, to generate higher added value of the finished product, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, to improve quality. The expected results are related to the creation and development of competitive advantages of AEL Group Ltd. by improving resource efficiency, increased production capacity and quality of final production, improved management capacity by applying new and established business models and production practices. Through access to technological and innovation resources, the company will take advantage of the existing opportunities offered by the global market and improve its market position, competitiveness, increase its revenues and profitability. Innovativeness will be introduced in the production of intercom systems, namely a mobile application for control and access. The main activities are:1. Activity to market the entrepreneurial idea.2. Project visualisation activity.The achievement of the above results will ensure the sustainability of the investment made while fully meeting the objectives of the operational programme as the adequate ratio between expected costs and benefits. Настоящето проектно предложение е насочено към пазарна приложимост на предприемаческа идея в АЕЛ Груп ЕООД в приоритетен сектор на Националната стратегия за насърчаване на малките и средните предприятия 2014-2020г. - С27 „Производство на електрически съоръжения"Дружеството ще се развива в областта на производството и монтирането на домофонни системи. Проектното предложение е обвързано със стремежа на фирмата за устойчивост на новосъздадено предприятие, сформиране на екип от специалисти за развитие на предприемаческата идея. Създаване и стабилност на работните места и постигане на ръст чрез реализиране и предлагане на пазара на стоката и услугата, да увеличи капацитета на производството си чрез инвестиции във високотехнологично оборудване с цел подобряване на производствените процеси, формиране на по-висока добавена стойност на крайния продукт, подобряване на ефикасността и ефективността на процесите, повишаване на качеството. Очакваните резултати са свързани със създаване и развитие на конкурентни предимства на АЕЛ груп ЕООД чрез подобряване на ресурсната ефективност, повишен производствен капацитет и качество на крайната продукция, подобрен капацитет за управление чрез прилагане на нови и утвърдени бизнес модели и производствени практики. Чрез достъпа до технологичен и иновационен ресурс дружеството ще се възползва от съществуващите възможности, които предлага глобалния пазар и ще подобри пазарните си позиции, конкурентоспособността си, ще увеличи приходите и рентабилността си. В производството на домофонни системи ще се внесе иновативност, а именно мобилно приложение за контрол и достъп. Основните дейности са:1. Дейност за реализиране на пазара на предприемаческата идея.2.
