This project proposal is aimed at improving the working conditions in TeleTech East Europe EAD, providing means for collective protection and social benefits for employees in the company, as well as introducing systems for the development of human resources in the enterprise. Within the framework of the project proposal, the following activities are foreseen:1. Development and implementation of human resources development systems in the enterprise.2. Provision of means for collective protection of employees in the company.3. Providing social benefits to the employees of TeleTech East Europe EAD.4. Information and publicity.5. Organisation and management of the project.To achieve the best results, leading in the selection of activities are the identified problems and needs of the target groups of the project, as well as the objectives of the current defect. The activities are selected so as to ensure the achievement of the objectives, results and indicators set out in the project proposal, respectively to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the grant procedure — BG05M9OP001-1.008 “Good and safe working conditions”. The main objective of this project proposal is to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions, as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organisation and human resources management, which will lead to improvement of the quality of the jobs and will have a positive impact on the productivity of the work in TeleTech East Europe EAD.The following results will be achieved:- Improved organisation of labor and management and development of human resources in the company; improved occupational health and safety in TeleTech East Europe EAD;- Social benefits for the employees of the company;- purchased collective protection funds;- Purchased equipment for recreational and sports places;- Increased productivity in TeleTech East Europe EAD. Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към подобряване на условията на труд в ТелеТек Истърн Юръп" ЕАД, осигуряване на средства за колективна защита и социални придобивки на служителите в дружеството, както и въвеждане на системи за развитие на човешките ресурси в предприятието. В рамките на проектното предложение са предвидени следните дейности:1. Разработване и въвеждане на системи за развитие на човешките ресурси в предприятието.2. Осигуряване на средства за колективна защита на служителите в дружестото.3. Осигуряване на социални придобивки на работещите в ТелеТек Истърн Юръп" ЕАД.4. Информиране и публичност.5. Организация и управление на проекта.За постигане на максимално добри резултати, водещо при избора на дейностите са идентифицираните проблеми и потребности на целевите групи по проекта, както и целите на настоящата пороцедура. Дейностите са подбрани така, че да осигурят постигане на целите, резултатите и индикаторите, заложени в проектното предложение, респективно да допринесат за постигане на целите на процедурата за безвъзмездна финансова помощ - BG05M9OP001-1.008 „Добри и безопасни условия на труд". Основната цел на настоящото проектно предложение е да се подобри работната среда в предприятието, чрез осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд, както и ефективни и гъвкави форми на организация на труд и управлението на човешките ресурси, което ще доведе до подобряване на качеството на работните места и ще окаже положително въздействие производителността на труда в ТелеТек Истърн Юръп" ЕАД.Ще бъдат постигнати следните резултати:- Подобрени организация на труда и управление и развитие на човешките ресурси в дружеството;- Подобрени здравословните и безопасни условия на труд в ТелеТек Истърн Юръп" ЕАД ;- Осигурени на социални придобивки за служителите на на дружеството;- Закупени средства за колективна защита;- Закупено оборудване за местата за отдих и спорт;- Повишена производителност в ТелеТек Истърн Юръп" ЕАД.
