The company plans to provide sustainable employment for 3 of the project employees for min. 6 months after the completion of the project. The implementation of the project will enable the entrepreneur A.Georgieva to start and successfully develop its own business in one of the priority sectors for the creation of new enterprises under the NSME 2014-2020, namely the production of films and TV shows. Higher education and the long-term professional experience of the entrepreneur in the television industry, combined with the planned professional equipment and the recruitment of qualified staff, will ensure the successful start-up and development of the planned business, which provides a strong guarantee of growth in sales revenues and profitability of the activity, and the sustainability of the enterprise in the long term. In addition to this main economic result, the project activities will also have an accompanying environmental and social impact resulting from the specificity of the video production and the creation of sustainable employment of some of the staff employed. "Сън Продъкшън" ЕООД е стартиращо предприятие, създадено от предприемача Анжелина Георгиева през м.септември 2018 г., за да развие собствено производство на филми, телевизионни предавания, реклами и друга видеопродукция. За реализиране на плановете си, в рамките на проекта дружеството планира да изпълни следните дейности: 1) Реализиране на пазара на предприемаческата идея за стартиране на собствено производство на филми, телевизионни предавания, реклами и видеопродукция, чрез закупуване на ново снимачно, репортерско и компютърно оборудване, софтуер за видеомонтаж, наемане на раб. помещение в Благоевград, създаване на интернет страница, изработване на пазарен анализ и маркетингов план за пазарна реализация на предприемаческата идея, участие в 2 международни изложения и наемане по трудов договор квалифициран персонал от 4-ма души, в т.ч. лице с трайни увреждания. 2) Визуализация на проекта. Дружеството предвижда да осигури устойчива заетост за 3 от наетите по проекта лица за мин. 6 месеца след приключване на проекта. Реализирането на проекта ще даде възможност на предприемача А.Георгиева да стартира и успешно да развитие собствен бизнес в един от приоритетни сектори за създаване на нови предприятия съгласно НСНМСП 2014-2020, а именно производството на филми и телевизионни предавания. Висшето образование и продължителния професионален опит на предприемача в телевизионната индустрия, в съчетание с предвиденото за закупуване професионално оборудване и наемането на квалифициран персонал, ще обезпечат успешното стартиране и развитие на планирания бизнес, което дава сериозна гаранция за ръст на приходите от продажби и на рентабилността на дейността, и постигане на устойчивост на предприемаческото начинание в дългосрочен план.
