One of the biggest challenges for the company and overall for micro enterprises in Bulgaria is the lack of financing. Almost 90 % of the micro companies in the country fail to successfully realise their entrepreneurial ideas and they remain “on paper”. Another characteristic and significant challenge for the development of entrepreneurship in Bulgaria is that almost half of the new enterprises are in the wholesale and retail sector, which is highly dependent on economic changes. The proportion of start-ups targeting high value added sectors is significantly lower. In order to meet these challenges and to be able to market an entrepreneurial idea (good) — a budget-efficient charger for charging accumulators (three component batteries), the company must overcome the current organizationalities for its development. The applicant cannot market the entrepreneurial idea because it does not have the necessary qualified staff to carry out such activities on its own. Besides the qualified experience and expertise, the company needs DMA and a room necessary for the realisation of the idea. For the positioning of the entrepreneurial idea on the market in the short term it is also necessary to carry out a market survey for its realisation. The planned investments will allow the applicant to successfully position and start marketing a product that generates high added value.To overcome the above problems, the project includes the following eligible activities:1.Action to market the entrepreneurial idea 2. „Силоел“ ООД е новосъздадено предприятие, занимаващо се с разработване и производство на електрически съоръжения, по-конретно с производство на зареждащи устройства за акумулатори. Едно от най- големите предизвикателства за компанията и като цяло за микро предприятията в България е липсата на финансиране. Почти 90% от микро фирмите в страната не успяват да реализират успешно своите предприемачески идеи и те остават „на хартия“. Друга характеристика и значимо предизвикателство пред развитието на предприемачеството в България е, че почти половината от новите предприятия са в сферата на търговията на едро и дребно, която от своята страна е силно зависима от икономическите промени. Значително по-малък е делът на новите предприятия, ориентирани към сектори с висока добавена стойност. За да отговори на тези предизвикателства и за да може да реализира на пазара предприемаческа идея (стока) – бюджетно високоефективно зарядно устройство за зареждане на акумулатори (три компонентни акумулаторни батерии), компанията трябва да преодолее съществуващите към момента органичения пред своето развитие. Кандидатът не може да реализира на пазара предприемаческата идея, тъй като не разполага с необходимия квалифициран персонал, който самостоятелно да извърши подобен вид дейности. Освен квалифицирания опит и експертиза, компанията се нуждае от ДМА и помещение, необходими за реализирането на идеята. За позиционирането на предприемаческата идея на пазара в краткосрочен план е необходимо и извършване на пазарно проучване за нейната реализация.
