The project proposal provides for the construction of a hall for the production of metal networks within the scope of UPI XVIII, GOI 61813.750.5212, sq. 101 according to the plan of the town of Razlog, Razlog municipality and delivery of machine for the production of braided fence metal mesh. The main part of the investment is the construction of a production hall in which to deliver a machine for knitting a fence net and where the production process can be developed in order to diversify the activity of AIC 79 EOOD and increase the competitiveness of the company. The construction of a hall for the production of a braided fence is of great importance for the future production of the applicant. The metal mesh production hall will have a built-up area of 520 m². The size of the building is 20 m x 26 m. The construction of the building is steel, the exterior partitions will be executed by thermal insulation panels 80 mm thick, the interior partitions with a thickness of 100 mm will be made of plasterboard on a metal structure. The floor covering is provided by sanded concrete and ceramics. Thermal insulation panels are provided. The joinery on the facades is provided from both aluminum and PVC. Within the project will be purchased 1 piece of knitting machine for high quality fence mesh with capacity: up to 200 linear metres/day in single-shift mode and 400 linear metres/day respectively in double-shift mode. The braided fence net is used to build temporary fences on construction sites and to fencing private and farm yards. The braided fence network will be made and offered by galvanised wire. The finished stretched net is rolled up to reach the predefined length of 10 m, taking the form of a roll. Successful implementation of the project will contribute to the development of a new complete production, which is currently missing in the developing region of Razlog Municipality. Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на хале за производство на метални мрежи в обхвата на УПИ XVIII, ПИ 61813.750.5212, кв. 101 по плана на гр. Разлог, община Разлог и доставка на машина за производство на плетена оградна метална мрежа. Основната част от инвестицията представлява изграждане на производствено хале, в което да бъде доставена машина за плетене на оградна мрежа и където да бъде развит производствения процес с цел разнообразяване на дейността на "АИК 79" ЕООД и повишаване на конкурентоспособността на фирмата. Изграждането на хале за прозиводство на плетена оградна мрежа е от подчертано значение за бъдещото производство на кандидата. Халето за производство на метални мрежи ще ще бъде със застроена площ от 520 м2. Размерите на сградата са 20м х 26м. Конструкцията на сградата е стоманена, външните преградни стени ще се изпълнят от топлоизолационни панели с дебелина 80мм, вътрешните преградни стени с дебелина от 100мм ще се изпълнят от гипсокартон върху метална конструкция. Подовото покритие е предвидено от шлайфан бетон и керамика. Предвидени са топлоизолационни панели. Дограмата по фасадите е предвидена, както от алуминии, така и от PVC. В рамките на проекта ще бъде закупена 1 брой машина за плетене на висококачествена оградна мрежа с капацитет: до 200 линейни метра/ дневно при едносменен режим на работа и съответно до 400 линейни метра/дневно при двусменен режим на работа. Плетената оградна мрежа се използва за изграждане на временни ограждения на строителни обекти и за ограждане на частни и стопански дворове. Плетената оградна мрежа ще се изработва и предлага от поцинкован тел. Готовата изпъната мрежа, се навива до достигане на предварително зададената дължина от 10м, придобивайки форма на руло.Успешното осъществяване на проекта ще допринесе за развиване на ново цялостно производство, което към момента липсва в развиващия се регион на община Разлог.
