The project for improving the qualification of employees in Samokov-Borovets AD, Samokov-Borovets 21 AD and Samokov-Tourist Ltd. will be implemented for a period of 17 months on the territory of the Sofia region, Samokov municipality, Borovets resort and on the territory of Burgas, Nessebar municipality, Sunny Beach resort, where the applicant and the project partners carry out their activities.The main objective of the project is to increase the knowledge, the skills and competences of employees in companies with secondary and lower education (under ISCED 4) and persons over 54 years of age, which will contribute on the one hand to the economic and sustainable development and competitiveness of the companies, and on the other hand will have a beneficial effect on the personal development and satisfaction of the participants in the project.The achievement of the main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of 2 activities — trainings in vocational qualification (PC), in the field of hotel, restaurant and tour operator activities, directly related to the activity of employees, as well as trainings on key competences (KK) in the field of digital competence, for persons working with software products and communication in foreign languages, tailored to the nationality of the clients with which the companies work. By implementing the two activities under the project, the main and specific objectives will be achieved: Action 1: “Provision of vocational training for the acquisition or promotion of PK in professions and specialties”;Action 2: — “training for the acquisition of QC for employees”; The trainings under the two activities will be carried out for a period of 17 months. Activity 1 of the project will include a total of 4 professions for obtaining 1 degree of professional qualification (PCC), 3 professions under the II CPA and 3 professions from the III CPA. Проектът за повишаване квалификацията на заетите лица в "Самоков - Боровец" АД, "Самоков - Боровец 21"АД и "Самоков-турист" ЕООД ще се осъществи за период от 17 месеца на територията на Софийска област, община Самоков, к.к. Боровец и на територията на област Бургас, община Несебър, к.к. Слънчев бряг, където кандидатът и партньорите по Проекта осъществяват своята дейност.Основната цел на Проекта е да се повишат знанията, уменията и компетенциите на заетите в дружествата лица, със средно и по-ниско образование (под ISCED 4) и лицата над 54 годишна възраст, което ще допринесе от една страна за икономическото и устойчиво развитие и конкурентоспособността на фирмите, а от друга страна ще се отрази благоприятно на личностното развитие и удовлетвореност на лицата, участници в Проекта.Постигането на основната цел на Проекта ще се осъществи посредством изпълнението на 2 дейности - обучения по професионална квалификация (ПК), в областта на хотелиерството, ресторантьорството и туроператорската дейност, пряко свързани с дейността на работа на заетите лица, както и обучения по ключови компетентности (КК) в областта на дигиталната компетентност, за лицата работещи със софтуерни продукти и общуване на чужди езици, съобразени с националността на клиентите, с които работят дружествата.Чрез реализиране на двете дейности по Проекта, ще бъдат постигнати основната и специфичните цели:Дейност 1: "Предоставяне на професионално обучение за придобиване или повишаване на ПК по професии и специалности";Дейност 2: – "Обучение за придобиване на КК за заетите лица";Обученията по двете дейности ще се проведат за период от 17 месеца. По Дейност 1 към Проекта ще бъдат включени общо 4 професии за придобиване на I степен на професионална квалификация (СПК), 3 професии по II СПК и 3 професии от III СПК. По Дейност 2 към Проекта ще бъдат включени 2 ключови компетентности - КК2 "Общуване на чужди езици", с изучаване на немски и английски език и КК4 "Дигитална компетентност". (Bulgarian)
