Project "Disclosure of new jobs and employment in "Agramonia — V.G." EOOD" aims to: "To create conditions for sustainable employment, training and professional realisation of unemployed and/or inactive persons in the field of agricultural trade".Specific objectives of the project:1.To create new jobs for unemployed and/or inactive persons, unemployed persons with low level of education, unemployed persons aged over 54 years and young people up to 29 years of age for work in promising professions and positions in the company "Agramonia — V.G." EOOD"2.Following of knowledge and competences of newly employed unemployed and/or inactive people with more than 29 years of employment, unemployed persons with unemployed persons and/or inactive persons with a high level of employment. The project aims to contribute to the creation of 12 sustainable jobs. It is aimed at investing in people and will create prerequisites for increasing the competitiveness of the target group, as well as securing and maintaining their employment.To meet the specific needs of the employer for the newly created jobs, 3 people from the target group will participate in trainings for acquiring knowledge and skills in: Key Competence 2 “Communication in Foreign Languages”.The target group included in the project proposal will be composed of unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons with low educational attainment, unemployed persons aged 54+. Some of the targeted persons do not have professional experience. They need to be motivated, focused on jobs that bring them satisfaction in order to be fully realised. Проект „Разкриване на нови работни места и заетост в „ Аграмония – В.Г.“ ЕООД ” има за цел:"Да се създадат условия за устойчива заетост, обучение и професионална реализация на безработни и/или неактивни лица в областта на търговията със земеделски продукти".Специфични цели на проекта:1.Да се създадат нови работни места за безработни и/или неактивни лица, безработни лица с ниска степен на образование, безработни лица на възраст над 54г. и младежи до 29 години за работа по перспективни професии и длъжности във фирма „ Аграмония – В.Г.“ ЕООД ”2.Формиране на знания и компетенции на новонаети безработни и/или неактивни лица, безработни лица с ниска степен на образование, безработни лица на възраст над 54г. и младежи до 29 години, за ефективна професионална реализация. Проектът цели да допринесе за създаване на 12 броя устойчиви работни места . Насочен е в инвестиции в хората и ще създаде предпоставки за повишаване на конкурентноспособността на целевата група, както и осигуряване и запазване на заетостта им.За да отговорят на специфичните потребности на работодателя за новоразкритите работни места 3 лица от целевата група ще се включат в обучения за придобиване на знания и умения по : Ключова компетентност 2 „Общуване на чужди езици”.Целевата група, включена в проектното предложение ще бъде съставена от безработни и неактивни лица, безработни лица с ниска степен на образование, безработни лица на възраст над 54г. Част от лицата от целевата група нямат професионален опит. Имат нужда да бъдат мотивирани, насочени към работа, която да им носи удовлетворение за да се реализират пълноценно. Проектът ще се реализира, чрез следните дейности:Дейност 1: Наемане на безработни и/или неактивни лица за период до 12 месеца;Дейност 2.
