The target group is 220 initiative and enterprising individuals, including: age — 67 l. to 29 years and 153 l. over 29 years; according to the status of the labour market — 165 unemployed and inactive and 55 employed persons.The project is realised in all districts of the region: Sofia-Capital, Sofia, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad and Pernik. As a result of the project activities 220 l. will receive specialised modular training in a program of 10 modules, lasting 80 hours, will receive consultations and support at 32 h. per person, will receive a teaching aid and a manual “Start your own business”. The activities are carried out by qualified and experienced teachers and consultants. After acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills, 56 persons will register business activity and will be supported for business development by finding appropriate sources of funding, access to services and mentoring. Проектът има за цел: Насърчаване стартирането и развиването на самостоятелна стопанска дейност в Югозападен район и подпомагане на безработни и заети лица с идея за започване на стопанска дейност чрез предоставяне на обучения и консултантски услуги, насочени към разработка и преценка на предприемаческите идеи; придобиване знания и умения за управление и развитие на бизнеса; разработване на жизнеспособни бизнес планове за стопанска дейност; намиране на подходящи източници на финансиране и менторство за развитие на бизнеса.Специфични цели:1.Мотивиране и специализирана подкрепа на 220 безработни, неактивни и заети лица, с желание и нагласи за самостоятелна дейност да развият идеите си, да разработят жизнеспособни бизнес планове за реална стопанска дейност, да стартират дейност и самонаемане.2.Предоставяне на комплекс специализирани обучения и консултации, които да подпомогнат 220 безработни, неактивни и заети лица в разработката на предприемаческите им идеи и осигуряване на подкрепа за придобиване на знания и умения, нужни за управление и развитие на бизнеса, с оглед 56 л. да стартират дейност.Целевата група е 220 инициативни и предприемчиви лица, в т.ч.: по възраст - 67л. до 29г. и 153л. над 29г.; по статут на трудовия пазар - 165 безработни и неактивни и 55 заети лица.Проектът се реализира във всички области на района: София-столица, Софийска, Кюстендил, Благоевград и Перник.В резултат на дейностите по проекта 220 л. ще преминат специализирано модулно обучение по програма от 10 модула, с продължителност 80 ч., ще ползват консултации и подкрепа по 32 ч. за лице, ще получат учебно помагало и наръчник "Стартирай собствен бизнес". Дейностите се изпълнят от квалифицирани и опитни преподаватели и консултанти. След придобиване на нужните знания и умения 56 лица ще регистрират стопанска дейност и ще бъдат подкрепени за развитие на бизнеса чрез намиране на подходящи източници на финансиране, достъп до услуги и менторство.Продължителност на проекта: 17 месеца.
