The project proposal “Training for employees in Master-Pic EAD” is aimed at providing an opportunity to increase the skills of employees in the company to the modern challenges of the economic environment and changing conditions. The project will create conditions for acquiring and enhancing professional competences and knowledge, and developing the working skills of the employees by providing vocational training in professions and specialties specific to the catering sector, in order to cover the requirements of the respective positions in the enterprise and improve the quality of the workforce. Vocational training will meet the requirements of the employer, but it is also important for the individual who is able to realise his/her working potential. Employees are one of the main factors of the product produced in the catering company. Проектното предложение „Обучение за заети лица в „Мастър-Пик” ЕАД” е насочено към осигуряване на възможност за повишаване адекватността на уменията на заетите лица във фирмата лица към съвременните предизвикателства на икономическата среда и променящите се условия. В рамките на проекта ще бъдат създадени условия за придобиване и повишаване на професионални компетенции и знания, и развитие уменията за работа на заетите лица чрез осигуряване на професионално обучение по професии и специалности, специфични за сектора на кетъринговата дейност, с цел покриване изискванията на съответните длъжности в предприятието и повишаване качеството на работната сила. Професионалното обучение ще отговори на изискванията на работодателя, но също така е от важно значение за самата личност, която има възможност да реализира своя трудов потенциал. Заетите лица са един от основните фактори за продукта, произвеждан в кетъринговото предприятие. Техните знания, умения и компетентности намират приложение в ежедневния производствен процес, и така обучението на работещите е ключово за качеството на кетъринга. (Bulgarian)
