    Настоящото проектно предложениe има за цел откриването на 6 нови работни места в "Бизконсулт адвайзър" ЕООД, след изпълнение на набор от дейности, свързани с подбора на човешките ресурси, тяхното обучение и техническо обезпечаване.Целева група:Общо 6 безработни и неактивни лица от Столична община и региона, от които минимум 50% (3бр.) влизат в поне една от следните специфични категории:-Безработни лица с ниска степен на образование (под ISCED 313);-Продължително безработни и неактивни лица;-Безработни лица на възраст над 54г.;-Безработни младежи до 29г. вкл.; От общия брой лица поне 50% ще са до 29г. вкл.; Дейности:1.Наемане на работа на неактивни и безработни лица и осигуряване на устойчива заетост;2.Закупуване на необходимото техническо оборудване, като инвестиция в работните места;3.Предоставяне на професионалната обучение по част от професия 343010 Финансист ;4.Предоставяне на обучение по ключови компетенции по „Дигитална компетентност“ и „Общуване на чужди езици";5.Дейности по информираност и публичност;6.Дейности за организация и управление на проекта.Планирани резултати:Безработни и неактивни участници, включени в проектните дейности и наети на работа – 6 лица;Безработни и неактивни участници, които при напускане на операцията придобиват квалификация – 6 лица;Безработни и неактивни участници, които при напускане на операцията имат работа – минимум 3 лица;Устойчивост:Минимум 50% (3) от новоразкритите работни места ще бъдат запазени за мин. 12 месеца, без прекъсване, след като приключат дейностите по проекта. Проектното предложение е в съответствие с нуждите на цел. група по отношение на осигуряване на заетост, стабилни доходи, повишена квалификация и конкурентноспособност на пазара на труда, социално сближаване по отношение на социално-икономическия им статус и развитие.
