In order to be able to make rational use of time, financial, administrative and human resources, special knowledge, understanding of tasks and staff training are needed. The main activity of the company is “Hotels and Similar Places for Accommodation” related to a tourist product, which is a complex of tourist services (hotel, restaurant, tourist guide, animation, etc.) provided to the tourist. This project aims to increase the ability of employees in the company (which does not fall in the priority sectors compared to the conditions for applying under the procedure), to meet the rapid changes in the labour market as a result of dynamic technological development, globalisation, population ageing, etc. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the objectives of OPHRD improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The expected result of the training courses is that employees acquire all the knowledge and skills needed to perform their daily tasks, build trust between management and employees and motivation for development. The activities through which the objective will be achieved are the following:1. Provision of vocational training for the acquisition or improvement of professional qualifications of employed-professional “Hotelier” and profession “Restaurant”;2. Training for the acquisition of key competences in “Communication in foreign languages”. The total number of employees who will complete the training is 45.For this purpose, the company foresees the trainings to be carried out by an external contractor, a vocational training centre (CVT) with an active licence from the NGO for the professions and/or specialties in which the training will be carried out.     Ръководството на "Ата-спа" ООД разбира, че успехът на бизнеса им зависи от хората, които работят в тази компания и го представляват на пазара. За да може да се използва рационално времето, финансовите, административни и човешки ресурси ,санеобходими специални познания, разбиране на задачите и подготовка на служителите. Основен предмет на дейността нафирмата е "Хотели и подобни места за настаняване" свързана с туристически продукт, който е комплекс от туристически услуги (хотелски, рестотантьорски, екскурзоводски, анимационни и други), предоставяни на туриста. Настоящият проект цели да повишиспособността на заетите лица в дружеството (което не попада в приоритетните сектори спрямо Условията за кандидатстване по процедурата), да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда в резултат на динамично технологично развитие, глобализацията, застаряването на населението и др. Целите на проекта съответстват напълно на целите на ОПРЧР подобряване качеството на живот на хората в България чрез подобряване на човешкия капитал, постигане на високи нива на заетост, повишаване на предлаганите услуги и засилване на социалното включване. Очаквания резултат от преминалите обучителни курсове е служителите да придобият всички знания и умения, необходими за изпълнение на ежедневните си задачи, изгражда се доверие между ръководството и служителите и мотивация за развитие. Дейностите посредством, които ще се постигне целта са следните:1. Предоставяне на професионално обучение за придобиване или повишаване на професионалната квалификация на заетилица-професия "Хотелиер" и професия "Ресторантьор";2. Обучение за придобиване на ключови компетентности по "Общуване на чужди езици".Общият брой на служителите, които ще преминат обучението е 45.За целта, дружеството предвижда обученията да бъдат извършени от външен изпълнител, център за професионално обучение (ЦПО) с активна лицензия от НПОО за професиите и/ или специалностите по които ще се провежда обучението.
