Проектното предложение предвижда инвестиции на обособената територия на "ВиК" Варна ООД. В рамките на проекта по компонент "водоснабдяване" ще бъдат реконструирани общо 22,49 км. магистрални и довеждащи водопроводи. По този начин ще бъде решен проблема с осигуряване на непрекъснато водоподаване към вилните зони и курортните комплекски на изток от гр.Варна. По компонент "събиране, отвеждане и пречистване" ще се изгради/реконструира общо 80,82 км. канализационни мрежи и 1 канално-помпена станция. Проектното предложение предвижда инвестиции за агломерация Варна- „Реконструкция и доизграждане на магистрални водопроводи Варна-Златни Пясъци I и III етап и пресвързване на съществуващата водопроводна мрежа, изграждане на канализационни колектори по бул. “Княз Борис“ I.“ -„Изграждане на канализационна мрежа и довеждащ канализационен колектор от с. Каменар, агломерация Варна.“-„Доизграждане на канализационна мрежа в СО “Изгрев“, „Кочмар“, „Сълзица“, „Пчелина“ и „Сотира“, бул. “Христо Смирненски“, Реконструкция на канализационни клонове по бул.“Вл.
