The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions and a favourable social climate, as well as introducing efficient and flexible forms of work organisation and human resources management. With the realisation of the project will increase the productivity of the employees in the enterprise, will improve their professional and health status, as well as their motivation for working and thus will achieve sustainable employment in the company. The company operates in a sector with high working trauma ratio — 2.87. The implementation of the project is a continuation of the company’s policy of creating better quality jobs and introducing modern systems of labor norms aimed at improving working conditions. Compliance with the legislative provisions and the implementation of project activities for introducing flexible forms of employment, providing collective protection and social benefits are a prerequisite for building a working environment that fully meets the modern requirements for human resources development and organisation of labor activity aimed at increasing productivity and environmental protection in VIP Ltd. The project activities are fully in line with the requirements laid down in the program for minimising the risk of the company. The target group of the project are 21 employees who participate directly in production activities. Of these, 4 are persons over 54 years of age, and the manager is a person with reduced working capacity over 75 %, travelling with a battery wheelchair. The expected results of the project are the implementation of effective policies and measures to ensure safe and healthy working conditions in VIP Ltd., creating a positive working environment and introducing practices for easier reconciliation of professional and private life, as well as extending the working life of older employees.     Основната цел на проектното предложение е подобряване на работната среда в предприятието, чрез осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд и благоприятен социален климат, както и въвеждане на ефективни и гъвкави форми на организация на труд и управлението на човешките ресурси. С реализацията на проекта ще се повиши производителността на работещите в предприятието, ще се подобри техния професионален и здравен статус, както и мотивацията им за полагане на труд и по този начин ще се постигне устойчива заетост във фирмата.Компанията оперира в сектор с висок коефициент на трудов травматизъм - 2,87. Реализацията на проекта е продължение на политиката на компанията за създаване на по-качествени работни места и въвеждане на съвременни системи от трудови норми, целящи подобряване условия на труд.Спазване на законодателните разпоредби и реализацията на проектни дейности за въвеждане на гъвкави форми на заетост, осигуряване на колективна защита и социални придобивки са предпоставка за изграждане на работна среда, която в най-пълна степен отговаря на съвременните изисквания за развитие на човешките ресурси и организация на трудовата дейност, насочени към повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда във "ВИП" ООД.Заложените проектни дейности напълно съответстват на предписанията, предвидени в Програмата за минимизиране на риска на компанията.Целевата група на проекта са 21 заети лица, които пряко участват в производствените дейности. От тях 4 са лица над 54 годишна възраст, а управителят е лице с намалена работоспособност над 75%, придвижващо се с акумулаторна инвалидна количка.Очакваните резултатите от изпълнението на проекта са прилагане на ефективни политики и мерки за осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд във "ВИП" ООД, създаване на позитивна работна среда и въвеждане на практиките за по-лесно съвместяване на професионалния и личния живот, както и удължаване трудовия живот на по-възрастните работници и служители.
