Venezia 08 Ltd. is engaged in importing and selling second-hand cars. We have sites in Dragichevo and Dupnitsa. The company needs a workforce to further develop its activities. For this we will allow ten unemployed people to take part in the project. Four of them aged twenty-nine years, five persons between thirty-fifty-four years and one man over fifty-four years. The selection of the target groups will be carried out with the assistance of the Pernik Labour Office, which will help us identify the people. Then we will include them in employment and training, providing them with the necessary equipment and furnishing according to the newly opened vacant positions. People will be employed for a period of twelve months, as part of the employees will keep their jobs after that. With the project proposal, we will provide a new opportunity for a higher standard of living for unemployed people by providing employment, acquiring qualifications and improving their potential, thus reducing the unemployment rate.     Липсата на професионален опит и умения създава трудности както при намиране на първа работа, така и при опити за преминаване от един към друг тип заетост. Това води до безработица възниквала въз основа на несъответствие между уменията на хората и уменията, които са желани за наличните свободни места. Проектното ни предложение е разработено в отговор на тези проблеми. Допустимите дейности по процедура„НОВО РАБОТНО МЯСТО” ще ни помогнат да дадем шанс за работа и допълнителна квалификация на безработните лица. Целта ни е да осигурим заетост на лицата в трудоспособна възраст, да ги включим в обучение, за да подобрят уменията си и да получат съвременни познания, необходими за качественото изпълнение на дейността.Фирма „Венеция 08”ООД се занимава с внос и продажба на автомобили втора употреба. Имаме обекти в Драгичево и гр. Дупница. Фирмата има нужда от работна ръка, с помощта на която да доразвие дейност си. За това ще дадем възможност на десет безработни лица да вземат участие в проекта. Четири от тях на възраст до двадесет и девет години, пет лица между тридесет и петдесет и четири години и един човек над петдесет и четири години. Подборът на целевите групи ще се осъществи със съдействието на Бюро по труда гр. Перник, което ще ни помогне да идентифицираме хората. След това ще да ги включим в заетост и обучение, осигурявайки им необходимото оборудване и обзавеждане съобразно новоразкритите свободни позиции. Лицата ще бъдат наети за срок от дванадесет месеца, като част от служителите ще си запазят работните места и след това.С проектното предложение ще дадем нова възможност за по-висок стандарт на живот на безработните хора чрез осигуряване на заетост, придобиване на квалификация и подобряване на техния потенция, като по този начин ще намаляване нивото на безработица.
