La operación desarrollada en esta expresión de interés tiene como prioridad la integración social y laboral, por cuenta ajena o por cuenta propia, de población joven proveniente de zonas desfavorecidas de la ciudad de Córdoba, (Las Palmeras, Moreras y Polígono de Guadalquivir) a través de una propuesta global de acompañamiento en la vida y en el trabajo, realizando un recorrido de inserción laboral y una formación de excelencia y tomando parte fundamental en la revitalización y dinamización de su entorno._x000D_ Combina actuaciones de orientación-formación dirigidas a la profesionalización de las actividades y ocupaciones más demandadas en las zonas, con la puesta en marcha de medidas para incrementar las oportunidades de generación y/o continuidad de actividades y la capacidad emprendedora._x000D_ La clave es ofrecer a los jóvenes un “lugar” donde formarse/educarse y sentirse parte y corresponsables de un proyecto común y una posibilidad de futuro. The operation developed in this expression of interest has as a priority the social and labour integration, as an employee or as a self-employed person, of Young people coming from disadvantaged areas of the city of Córdoba, (Las Palmeras, Moreras and Polígono de Guadalquivir) through a global proposal of accompaniment in life and at work, carrying out a labour insertion and training of excellence, and taking a fundamental part in the revitalization and dynamization of their environment. It combines orientation-training actions aimed at the professionalization of the activities and occupations most in demand in the areas, with the implementation of measures to increase the opportunities for generation and/or continuity of activities and entrepreneurial capacity. The key is to offer young people Young people a "place" where they can train/educate themselves and feel part of and corresponsible for a common project and a possibility for the future. (English)
