Objetivo: Establecer e integrar parámetros inflamatorios e inmunológicos, de daño endotelial y de patología vascular relacionados con la senescencia acelerada en pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica avanzada (ERCA). Variación de estos parámetros en función de los diferentes tratamientos de diálisis y trasplante. Metodología: Estudio prospectivo en pacientes incidentes con enfermedad renal crónica avanzada del Servicio de Nefrología del Hospital Doce de Octubre de Madrid. Se cuantificará el estado de fragilidad y situación REDOX de los pacientes, subpoblaciones de células inmunes (senescencia y función), factores inmunológicos y de daño endotelial y vascular. Las determinaciones se realizarán en los pacientes con ERCA (Fase1) ,cuando entran en programas de diálisis (Fase 2) y posteriormente en trasplante (Fase 3), y cada seis meses mientras permanezcan en la misma fase. Se establecerá un score de riesgo de morbimortalidad cardiovascular en función de los parámetros obtenidos. (Spanish)

Objective: Establish and integrate inflammatory and immunological parameters, endothelial damage and vascular pathology related to accelerated senescence in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease (ACD). Variation of these parameters depending on the different dialysis and transplant treatments. Methodology: Prospective Study in Incident Patients with Advanced Chronic Kidney Disease from the Nephrology Service of Hospital Twelve in October Madrid. The state of fragility and REDOX status of patients, subpopulations of immune cells (senescence and function), immunological factors and endothelial and vascular damage will be quantified. Determinations will be made in patients with RAC (Phase1), when they enter dialysis programs (Phase 2) and then transplant (Phase 3), and every six months while in the same phase. A risk score for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality shall be established based on the parameters obtained. (English)
